First time at Van Elrod's. The atmosphere was fun, and the company was great. I chose the Brisket Hash, amazing flavors, but... it came to the table ice cold. I also ordered the hash brown casserole. I liked it, but some thought it was heavy on thepepper so be aware. The server also did something that came off as rude. My wife asked for syrup for her pancakes, and uponreceiving it, in a very pleasant tone said thanks man! His response was a very sarcastic you're welcome woman. Read more
We had a fantastic time here! Was in Nashville for a Bachelor Party and we had a guy in our group who?s a local that said this... is a go-to spot. It?s a massive space that was crowded when we arrived. We were immediately sat and had fast service the entiretime. Incredible beer and great German food, I?m definitely looking forward to returning to Von Elrod?s. Read more
Amazing food and drink selection. The quality is definitely above typical bar food as you can get amazing Mac n cheese and... brisket grilled cheese. Service was quick and the staff is friendly. It?s a large venue with plenty of dining room, bar andoutdoor seating. Located right next to the Nashville Sounds Ballpark in Germantown. Read more
Highly recommend hosting an event at Von Elrod's Beer Hall & Kitchen. Their covered Patio is the perfect space. Great outdoor... view, but covered incase it rains. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave. Customer Service wasexceptional. Read more
Nice place , good beer selection. Food wasn't bad but the brisket was very tough , hard to chew. Great atmosphere, descent... service. Located right next to the stadium. Parking is awful, had to pay 15 dollars just to park there to eat. Read more
Our experience here was Amazing!! The food was Great and the service was too. The band that they had playing there today was... good. They weren?t overly loud and just easy listening. Way better than any radio station they could?ve played. I wouldrecommend if you?re out here and looking for a great place for brunch, this is it. They also have a great variety of beer. Iunfortunately am allergic to beer and couldn?t partake, but the rest of my crew did. Read more
1st time. Enjoyed. Try the pretzel. There is also a sausage sampler on the menu. Excellent. Also great beers on tap. Definitely... recommend if it is your 1st time or just wanna hang out. Very relaxed vibe. Will be back. Read more
Stop 15 on the ?my BIL is in town and I think I?m going into kidney failure? tour. Huge beer list, homemade wursts, cool... interior vibe and top notch service. A liter of dunkel at noon is a lot - especially with biscuits and gravy. The beer - cold,rich and delicious. The biscuits were flaky, the gravy yummy but the sausage Pattie?s were very salty and eventually over ranall other tastes. My buddy had the Trinity Sandwich (pulled pork, brisket and jalapeño cheddar wurst on a bun with cole slawand gravy) and the BIL got a wurst platter. Here?s the breakdown: Cool vibe +1 star; great beer selection +1 star; pretty goodfood +1 star; excellent service +1 star; hanging with friends and family +1 star; super salty sausage Pattie?s -1 star.
