Great place in East Nashville to get a very good sandwich. They have a large selection of hot and cold sandwiches and you can... get chips and drinks from the market or deli sides like cole slaw and pasta salad at the counter. There is not a bunch ofseating inside so keep that in mind. They also have a coffee bar inside if you need that caffeine fix. Read more
I?ve been here before and their sandwiches are bomb but don?t get them delivered. We ordered home fries and they forgot them and... when I opened my sandwich half of the egg was out of the biscuit and it was so sloppy I have to eat it with a fork. I came back here to give them one more try. Instead of improving, their 2 stars have fallen to 1. In all fairness, they should... get 0. I ordered: The Italian Prosciutto, Ham, Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone & Sabi Sauce on a Hero I got a sandwich (ifyou want to call it that) with no dressing of any kind. No Sabi Sauce, no mustard, no nothing. Just on dry, stale white hoagiebread. I asked them to hold the Pepperoni. Instead, it had no Prosciutto and no salami. Just ham and turkey and white cheese,lettuce and tomato. Dry, stale and not even the right ingredients for an "Italian" sandwich. They had seven workers behind thecounter with no masks. I wish I could take the tip back because they don't deserve one. Dreadful. Dreadful. Dreadful. Doesthat look like an Italian sandwich? I got a sandwich off of the menu, but you can customize whichever one you want. I asked the barista what she recommended for... coffee and she made the dirty chai tea latte. I am addicted. This will not be the last time I go there! Wholly impressed withthe food, drink, and staff. Read more
Well, never thought I'd be writing a negative comment/review. Today I especially went to Tower to continue to try everything on... their menu. Well, apparently Tower has hired a number of young workers. CUDDLES!!! HOWEVER, Tower proprietors, these newworker dropped the baton. I can't count how many times I've been to Tower, but this time, my order got mangled. (1)cashier nottrained properly. She had no idea of how to ring the order or price the deli. (2)another moving from prep area,to order area,andthen to the cash register. USING THE SAME GLOVES! (3)ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORE A MASK!! (4)IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THEY TRIED TO STARTMY FRENCH FRIES, AFTER EVERYTHING ESLE WAS READY. (5) and if that was bad enough, TOWER'S NEW CREW DID NOT PREPARE MY SANDWICHRIGHT, NEITHER DID I GET MY FRIES. THE CASHIERS DID EVEN HAVE KNOWLEDGE TO REFUND 2 DOLLARS FOR THE FRENCH FRIES.
