This spot is such a great concept! Parking is street parking which isn?t my favorite but it worked out well. There is plenty of... seating & covered patio area also. We ate at Soy Cubano & it was so good! We got the pan con lechon and the pan con bistec.Being from miami we miss our Cuban food so much and it?s great to finally have a spot in nash! We can?t wait to go back and trysome of the other spots! Read more

This review is for The Wash but also for that whole stretch of East Nashville within a 10 minute walk along Gallatin Avenue. The... Wash is really fun and is open for lunch. I love the concept (converting an old car wash's 6 bays into 6 differentrestaurants/bars. We particularly liked the cubana and the peruvian ones. The bar (bay 6) also looked amazing but we did nothave any cocktails midday. Also on this stretch of Gallatin Avenue you'll find Once Upon A Time In France (a french restauranthighly recommended by foodie locals), Pearl Diver (a tiki type bar that looked amazing), East Side Banh Mi, The Urban Juicer andmuch more. Had we had one extra day, I would definitely have come back for dinner/drinks in this area. Very cool spots. Read more

My second trip there. First time was at the Cuban spot, second time the Peruvian one. Excellent both times. If you've ever had a... Cuban sandwich and know what they're supposed to taste like, I recommend the Cuban joint. I had the beef stew at the Peruvianplace and that was a good lunch as well. Read more

Let me start off with parking is a challenge but not impossible. I arrived right when most open which is at at 11am and... stopped at the first place that opened their window. Glad I did street corn absolutely amazing especially with the xtra chickenfrom my taco. The apple soda was ok but probably wouldn't get it again. It's not cheap I paid $18 for 2 small tacos corn and asoda but I also like support small businesses. This may become a once a month thing till I try all of them. I recommend it butjust be prepared to easily drop $20 for 1 person. Read more

What a cool concept & perfect addition to East Nashville. 5 local small kitchen concepts that each serve unique, delicious food... & a sixth place which is a cocktail bar. From my understanding, all of the restaurants will be minority owned & couldpotentially rotate out since this is more of a launch pad for them. I loved being able to order food from different spots toshare and taste different things, and enjoyed the happy hour from the bar. We brought our dog to the patio and soaked in thisgorgeous weather. Highly recommend visiting? parking is the only downfall, but there is some around. Read more

Great place to hang out, eat and have a good experience. Seven different options to choose from, all very good. My favorite so... far is Soy Cubano. Having different restaurants which offer a variety of dishes all in one place is a god send. Live music isalso available at certain times. Read more

Great space to try different cuisines all at the same place. Outside patio seating if the weather is beautiful. Fireplace and... benches with nice bamboo. You have to park in the street though if you're not just taking out. Read more

Stopped by for dinner, and got food from 2 Peruvian Chefs. Tasty meals, with really big portions. I recommend eating there. Some... of the other spaces won't open until 15 Apr 2022. Our only complaint had to do with the seating. The tables were pretty dirtyand the heaters weren't on yet, despite cool weather. Read more
