Reviews for The Rutledge in Nashville, TN
Incredible!!!!!\nParty of six and we loved every appetizer, every entree, every side, every cocktail and every dessert that came... out of the kitchen!\nCan\'t recommend this place enough, although a little pricey, it\'s absolutely worth every penny! Read more
When we first walked in, the restaurant was empty which is typically a bad sign in my experience. But we could not have been... more surprised. Janice, our server, was beyond sweet! She was so helpful and made sure we were well taken care of during ourvisit. The food itself was outstanding. We tried the tuna crisps and the skillet cinnamon roll to start and both weredelicious—we all agreed we would come back and get the crisps as an entree, they were that good! For entrees, we tried thewaffle, french toast, prime skillet hash, lobster roll, and the french toast BLT. Every single one was amazing! (I especiallyloved the hash, lobster roll, and the BLT—10/10!) We tried their Bloody Mary, as well, and were pleasantly surprised at howgood it was. It may be one of the best I’ve had in Nashville so far! All in all, The Rutledge is certainly going to be our newgo-to spot for brunch and dinner! Could not recommend this place enough. Read more
We were looking for a new place in downtown Nashville and this was great. Many options to choose from. The stand out was the... wonton shrimp appetizer. Tamara was our server and she was exceptional. Definitely will go back. Read more

Wonderful lunch in a beautiful new space. Food:\nThe lunch menu has many amazing choices. We saw a few gorgeous salads being... served nearby, but we opted for some items from the sushi section. The freshness and flavors were perfect; there was just a bittoo much rice packed in and around the pieces. Too big for one bite! Lovely presentation and plenty of ginger and wasabi - bothof which were formed into cute shapes rather than just plopped onto the platter as is usually the case.\nSmall but nicelyrounded draft beer selection and a good cocktail and wine list. Some interesting mocktails as well.\n\nBlaire, our server, provided great recommendations and friendly, attentive service.\n\nSpace:\nBeautiful, bright, and airy without being cold(literally or metaphorically.) The chairs at the bar area tables are super comfortable once you manage to climb up into them. They’re very high, tip easily, and are nearly impossible to scoot closer to the table on your own. Form > function\nNext timewe’ll try a low table Read more

Beautiful spot for date night, great wine selection, fantastic cocktails. Tuscan Shrimp Pasta came with 4 enormous pieces of... shrimp and had a delightful little kick to it. The Signature Meatball was amazing and would truly make an Italian grandmotherproud. Service was also excellent. We can’t wait to come back for brunch. Read more
Great ambience. Food was great too. I had a baked potato and the Ahi Tuna which was seared and seasoned well enough. Parking was... not as great but that’s just because it’s downtown Nashville. I would go back again. Read more
