They definitely need security in the parking lot. Cars get broken into regularly. Especially on the side of the building between... the Golf shop and the Palace. Happened to me twoce in 4 years and i know of several others. Music is amazing tho anddefinitely worth going. Read more
Myself and 9 other people came in to eat today. Our server came up and the first thing she said was I'll get to you when I can.... After 20 minutes one of our party went and asked another employee if we could at see our server. This server stated and I quote"well she already took your drink order and she will get to you when she can". She had not taken our drink order at this point.After 5 more minutes she came to get our drink order. One in our party ordered a bloody Mary which he never received. He finallywalked to the bar and got a beer. We were served our drinks in solo cups. I looked around and other patrons had normal glasses.After 51 minutes she finally came and took our food order. She asked if they were going to be separate checks and we stated yes,the next thing she said was "well I'm going to put it all on one". Another girl in our party said no they need to be seperate.After an hour and a half we received our food. Which was semi cold. We asked for one refill and a beer and she said well I'lltry. The most tackiest thing was the lead singer of the band walked around asking each table for tips. I was mortified. I havebeen in the restaurant business for over 25 years and currently own a catering company. I have never been treated as if I was aservers problem instead of how she makes money. The manager came out and proceeded to tell us her problems with staff andhiring. This is not your customers problem and should have never come up in the conversation.
