The Inka Trailer makes the best ceviche I’ve had in years, and the Causa Acevichada is my favorite. I took my mom, who was... visiting from Nevada, to try the ceviche two weeks ago, and she loved it. She said it was better than any other ceviche she hadtried in Las Vegas or in Los Angeles. I used to tell my mom that I would only eat ceviche if she made it, or at a restaurantwhenever I visited Peru. Now, I am extremely happy to have found this truck here in Nashville. My sons love the anticuchos, pancon chicharrón, or belly pork sandwich, and the ají de gallina empanadas. I still have to try other dishes, but I have nodoubt that everything else is just as good. Love going to Nashville Farmer’s market every weekend to have a bite from Inka Trailer. Ceviche is my favorite as it reminds... me of Peru. All of their food are excellent and service is wonderful. Read more
