What a neat experience! A 12 courses journey of the chef?s lived experiences. Ask for a high seat overlooking the kitchen so you... can see all the action. I enjoyed every bite because it felt like a chapter of a story unfolding dish by dish. Stand out herosof the night were the Dabeli, Apple-fennel salad, Grilled Cabbage, and Fioretto Cauliflower Biryani. I worry I will never againbe able to find a Biryani that tastes this transformative. If I could I would order it by the bucket load. The whole meal wassuch an amazing experience. As you would expect the staff was generous and the service impeccable. The best elevated Indiandining experience I?ve had in North America. Also the chef is super friendly! What a magical experience.
