Absolutely HORRIBLE? sat in line at the drive thru for OVER an hour then they close and don?t allow me to get food. This place... is an absolute JOKE. Wendy?s right next door is so fast with their service and the customer service there is way better. I've worked in Metrocenter for almost 8 years and I've never had a single issue with my order at this location. It's common that... other locations get things wrong or miss items but I've come to rely on this particular location as the golden child. Not onlyis the order always right, but its consistently good and quick. We have even talked in the office about how this is the bestTaco Bell around, so thanks you guys! Read more
The tacos I got here tonight were some of the best I?ve had from a Taco Bell. I?ve been to plenty and know generally what to... expect from a fast food taco place but these Cheesy Gordita Crunches were extremely well made and I was very satisfied with myoverall experience. The cashier was very quick and friendly. I don?t know who manages this location but they should be verypleased with the service and quality this restaurant delivered! 5 of out 5 stars! Liv Mas! if i could give 0 stars i would! DO NOT EAT HERE. yesterday i ordered 2 5 layer beefy burritos , 2 soft taco and some fiesta... potatoes. the potatoes were fine , the burrito on the other hand was missing items like nacho cheese and the soft taco lettucewas old as well as the shredded cheese. on top of all of that the dough tasted like cleaner , as in because they were busy theywiped down and didn?t wait for it to dry or didn?t wipe it up so my dough on all 4 items tasted horribly. i called 4 times whilei was eating and i got a busy signal each time so i decided to wait til morning , called again the same busy signal. the phoneis off the hook so you can?t complain. So i decided to go there and i was told because i didn?t bring the food back i couldn?tget a refund . the most they can do is remake the food and charge me for it at a discounted price. Seems like they make up their own hours lol. Food delivery services confirm order, but driver arrives and lets us know the place... is closed? This was before 10:30 pm. The website and everything else says you close at 1 am. Get this fixed so we don?t have tokeep disputing charges!! Read more
This was the first Taco Bell that I have purchased food from that the ???? looked like the picture on the menu. It actually had... substantial meat on it with toppings. The picture I took doesn't display as I opened which moved things around. Read more
Ordered online on the app delivery from this Taco Bell location. told me it would be ready in a decent amount of time, but was... well over an hour and still had not even been picked up yet.
