Worst nightmare order ever I did however use the mobile app I used reorder on one of my recent orders it did not come up on the... screen where the Mexican pizza just looked like normal but I had it customized I told them I did not understand and remember howI ordered it unless I was using the app and they explained to me they would have to cancel no problem I pulled out of thedrive-thru and redid it went to the drive-thru explain to them what happened when I use reorder the manager that came to thewindow was a skinny white boy trying to look like Slim shady more like slim Fady he was very rude very not the job suitable forthis guy total a****** please replace him soon or your business goes south Read more

this is the worst taco bell in nashville (second only to the one downtown). there is always a long wait, everythings a mess, my... food ALWAYS comes effed up, and the drive thru guy is 100% cracked out. smh Read more
Been here many times and they were ok. Complained once & got a gift card which is nice if the owner. Last night I order the box... and I get 1 taco with almost nothing in it!! Read more
One of the cleanest, friendliest, and best customer service taco bells I've ever been to. Was honestly shocked at how nice it... was inside. The manager, I believe his name was Jay, seemed like he was really leading his team well. Great work everyone!! Read more

Dirty Dining Area & Kitchen, Poor Service Location | This restaurant was in complete dismay. Our order was incorrect, then had... to be refunded due to discrepancies. ALL tables were dirty and the kitchen. The manager used his gloved hands to touch thekeypad on my card reader, then went back to making food. In the medical field this is called cross-contamination, exposingeveryone served thereafter, or.how epidemics proliferate. There were times during our visit that employees had time to clean andnever did. One employee cleaned our table after we asked, but didn't touch any other tables while we ate. The kitchen floor wasdirty as well. A visit from corporate Taco Bell representatives would have immediate negative consequences on management andpossibly the staff. Food is disgusting and I never get all of the food I order. I would not recommend. Food taste old.
