The food was great, but due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the ?cashier?, I wouldn?t recommend this... location. When we arrived and stood where orders are normally taken, we were told to use the kiosk, which isn?t an issue. Theissue was, she told us with her back turned and never turned around. After ordering, when I went to use the restroom and neededto ask for the code, I was ignored by 3 different employees while standing at the register. When I asked for the code, onceagain, without turning around to face me, the cashier said the code, which I couldn?t hear because her back was to me. Whenasked again, she yelled it, still not facing me. This level of unprofessionalism was demonstrated to not just us, but the fewcustomers who came in while we were eating. One of which, left. Service is typically decently fast with no issues. Sometimes you can hear the attitude in the voice over the speaker like they... are annoyed you came into the empty drive thru line. Presentation of the building is very lacking. Foliage and vegetation isgrowing up high around the back and is almost to the point of blocking the drive thru menu. Read more

Horrible experience. Pulled up to widow as sign said hard of hearing pull up to window. I wear double hearing aids. My sugar was... low so I stopped quickly to grap something. The worker was extremely rude. Told me she would call metro if I didn't pull to aparking spot because delivery truck was there and they have been waiting. I asked how long as I needed something to eat. Sheclosed the window only to return and say I will call metro. I informed her of the situation and was searching near by places toeat real quick. . She continued to be rude and I informed her to give me 2 minutes. Absolutely bad customer service that wasunnecessary. I understand all people have bad days but this was the extrem.. I came 3 hours before closing after just gettingoff work. I don't normally do reviews but my experience was absolutely unnecessary. Read more

Trinity Lane store was busy during lunch. But staff handle the crowd well. There wasn't any attitude. Everyone was working as a... team. Even had the district manager in lobby watching the staff working together. Normally I go to Metro Center will bereturning back to Trinity Lane. Read more

This Taco bell has major trouble keeping both adequate staff and food ingredients on site. Expect frequent closings and a 40+... minute wait for two tacos. If you're really lucky you may even get to witness an employee having a screaming match with themanager. :^) Read more

Michele the manager will get confused by what you say to her when you complain about your order being wrong. I ordered 2 regular... crunchy tacos & a nacho supreme which was NOT in the bag. Michele the manager said they don't sell nachos at all which is a lie.Then she told me to drive back around the building to order 2 crunchy tacos if I still wanted them. I could say so much but Ihad a mother that gave me basic edification in social conventions so I won't reduce myself to Michele's obvious level. After someone took our order and it was finally realized the manger got right on it. She gave us a refund for the wait. Super... nice manager. Did experience a Nationwide Taco Bell breakdown today. Management handle it very well. Very impressed with theleadership at this location. Sad that the Mexican pizzas are already discontinued. Hopefully see them again soon. Read more
