Constantly closes earlier than their posted hours / switches to only online orders. Some workers act unprofessional often.... Usually only has one or two workers in there at most. Please work on staffing your restaurant properly. Read more
Add racism to the list of complaints. I saw the blond female employee, the one with the hair in a bun, be rude to two asian... costumers who did not speak English very well. She and the manager made fun of their accents and grammar. She actually flippedthe middle finger at them. I was next in line and wasn't having any of it. When I told her that she couldn't be rude to peoplebecause they did not speak English, the manager told me to leave and not come back again. When I took a picture of them, hethreatened to call the police. That's how they do business Subway Corporate office is letting them get away with it. Take yourmoney somewhere else. I was interested in having my sandwich toasted, however the toaster was not working. The service was fair and the food was... good. There was a short line. The restaurant was clean and the only reason for 4 stars is I was disappointed about not beingable to have my sandwich toasted, however things happen. I recommend this Subway! #EatFresh Read more
i watched one of them get extremely impatient and rude with an older lady in front of me that was struggling to get her words... out and figure out what she wanted in a timely manner. she carried that attitude on to me when i questioned whether she wasusing the wheat bread i asked for (it looked like she grabbed italian cheese). her attitude was so disgusting i walked off. Older male manager had an absolute melt down the last time I visited because to many people were coming in to late. I witnessed... him yell at a younger lady trying to enter that he wasn?t taking any more customers even though it wasn?t closing time and shetried to explain she placed an order online. Went by tonight before closing and the store is closed. Read more
Probably one of the weirdest restaurant experiences I've ever had. The only worker at the store kept ordering a customer to lock... the door every time a customer walked out. And every customer that left had to unlock the door. The time was around 7:40 today.One worker wasn't enough to keep up with the demand. It took much longer than it should have to get my sandwich, and thesandwich was disproportionate to any other subway sandwich I have ever had. There was about 2-3 times more meat than therenormally would be, which is probably why he was running out of so much stuff. The sandwich was so big that it wouldn't sitclosed, and it made a bit of a mess in the bag. He said he's had conversations with management about getting more people.Management, help my guy out. Be aware! If you order they deliver your nasty food with empty cup . If you go to store, there?s a girl with bad attitude and... very angry . She is ready to yell at you with no hesitation . They delivered my order with empty cup instead of bottledcoke. Went to the store to get my coke or refund. But girls was scary . I didn?t say nothing bad to her but she was acting likeI did something wrong. Don?t work there if you don?t know how to talk with people. So rude . Unbelievably. They charged me 16$ for nothing ! Came here after a horrible experience at the Subway at 5633 Charlotte Avenue, Suite 101 never going there again! The female... staff member at this store provided great service and made the subs perfectly. She did not add an extra bacon fee when Iordered the Chicken & Bacon Ranch Sub that comes with bacon. Great service will come to this Subway from now on. Read more
