Why do I keep coming back to the worst subway on the planet? Well, no more. The same woman who ALWAYS seems to make my... sandwich (who has no clue how to do so) is also the seemingly constantly angriest person in Nashville absolutely screwed thepooch on my tuna melt today (see pic, potato salad is from Publix, best part of my meal). Wish you could see the almost greentomatoes in there as is always the case with their never ripe ingredients. Worst looking spinach in Nashville every freakingtime I go in there. Subway refresh? I went in to buy a foot long sub 2 6 inch subs and the total came out to be 29.56 like how so I looked at the receipt and the... lady was had charged me for 2 foot Long subs and 1 6 inch sub I told her how are you charging me For two subs if I?m getting onefoot-long and 2 6 inches mind you one of the 6 inch subs only had bacon with extra bacon and bell peppers and the lady wastrying to say that the sub with bacon was the same price as a foot long sub at this point the lady was being rude and even wentas far as asking me if I understood English like I?m the one talking to you in a understandable English while she was the onetalking more with an accent I asked her for my money back and all she did was say okay I went ahead and void the food you willget your money back in 1 week and I asked to get a receipt that stated I got a refund but she wouldn?t do that so definitely notcoming back to this location ever again Read more

Why is this subway still in business?? The staff is cool but they don't know how to make a sandwich or a wrap.. terrible!!

Simply put, this Subway franchise is run with the customer service of a beer & tobacco shop. Couple that with sloppy, thrown... together sandwiches and I think I'll just pay that extra money for Jersey Mike's down the street from now on. Read more

They waited for us to get out of the car and walk up to the door and then they turned the lights off at 8pm. There sign says... they close at 10pm. They also have people in there hanging out. Thank you Subway I will go elsewhere and spend my money. Read more

Apparently franchised location & website menu does not reflect what's actually available in store. The discrepancy wouldn't be... an issue if it was noted online when you order that certain items may be subject to location availability. However allowing theadd-on, accepting the charge & confirming the order, then not even advising the customer with a simple phone call (preferablybefore they get there to pick it up) to offer a different option (to the number I was REQUIRED to provide online) is POORcustomer service. Upon arrival the employee advised me they don't have avocado, proceeded to attempt to give me back a lesser &incorrect refund for it until I reminded him that it was $1.50 (he tried giving me ¢.30????)& I still got ripped off because hegave it to me minus the tax I'd paid on it. Subway is great but their brand is being drug through the mud by some locations. Iwon't spend any more money here due to the greedy owners, and poor customer service.???????????? Read more
