I know good help is hard to come by. I came in to get my son some food. Upon walking in at 545 there was absolutely noone at the... register as in the store appeared empty. I said hello 3x. Finally a young man comes from the back. I hear another coming fromthe cooler area, as the door closed. Neither had anything in their hands. One was eating food with crumbs on his shirt. Theother puts food in his mouth as he is ringing me out. I told him to just keep the food it makes absolutely no sense in workingif you don't plan on working. Subway can't get my business again. I've had lunch many times and dinner tonight. Great staff and the new menu is really great.

The lady was very rude!!! Then said, we don't have pizza. So I asked again and then she said oh we have one that's it. Made my... daughters pizza slapping pepperoni on the pizza like a jail house spade game. Subway this is not good, I will record next time. Read more
Last Friday I visited the Subway on Anderson Road and it was two customers dining, one was getting his sandwich prepared, two in... line to order...in about five minutes a black man entered and passed me and went pass the two in line. In about ten minutes itwas time for me to order, the black man was behind me. The black man employee ignored me and asked for the black customer orderand act like I wasn't there. When the man started to order, I talked loud and told them I was in line five minutes before heentered the store. It wasn't very little said at that point, but I was served. Just because the room was all black except myselfwas white, I should be respected like any other customers. Read more
The only person on counter making food was an older white lady, who spent her time on speaker phone while complaining and... talking about how sick she was and how she shouldn?t be making food. It was incredibly disgusting. Steer clear of Typhoid Mary. Read more
I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this visit at Subway was beyond believe. I was waited on promptly. I ordered a... 6" Spicy Italian on White Italian Bread w/ Provolone Cheese heated. The first thing that struck me as off is that he built theSandwich on the top of the Bun - not the bottom (no bid deal, but I like it the other way). The second thing that was off wasas I asked for a few onions on my sandwich was that he put some on, and then took some off and threw them back in the container.Shouldn't that be a No No? The final thing which was bizarre was that when I tried to pay for my Sandwich he said he had toclear out the Register before I could pay and leave. I was in utter dismay as he pulled money out of the Cash Drawer, andcounted it on the Counter right behind him if clear view of everyone in the place. I'm standing there thinking "this doesn'tlook good," and "OMG what a great place to get robber." There were only two Customers in the Store at the time which includedme. Finally after standing there watching my Sandwich get cold for over 10 minutes I left a 5 Dollar Bill on the Counter, andtold him to keep the change. Surprisingly the Sandwich was still lukewarm, and not to bad. However, when did they start usingRed Onions. They were hot as fire. NOTE: This was about 5:30 in the afternoon.
