The food was actually very very good but the service was not! Employees just don't care one bit! Listening to loud rap music... should never happen! I can see why their nighttime business isn't doing well ! although I like rap music and didn't mind as muchbeing a manager at a place similar to that it did make me a little uncomfortable! Something should b done! Read more

By far the worst customer service of any subway I have ever been to in my entire life. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one... time did any other two employees acknowledge me at all. The sad thing is, I wasn't even a customer, I was just an Uber driverthere picking up an Uber order to go. The moment I walked in, the idiot making the sandwiches turned up the music loud enoughto where you can hear the F word and the B word every other sentence. Behind me waiting as well was a family of four with twokids. You can tell their parents were really upset that subway was allowing these idiots to play this obscene music with kids inthe restaurant waiting to be served their food. Not once did they make eye contact. You could also hear a baby crying in theoffice. I feel sorry for that poor child. Hey, a word of the device for the owner of this Subway, please fire these two moronemployees because they're doing a disservice to the customers that pay your rent at your business. Read more

When it comes to preparing your sandwich..they aren't very sanitary. I have to constantly tell them to wash their hands after... touching money and between sandwiches before placing gloves on..This is pure common sense!!! They come to this country and takeour businesses but yet they're ignorant about how to operate them. Comes to show anyone can own a business with no BRAINS!!! Ipersonally like the Rivergate location. Washing their hands is the first thing they do when you enter the store. Read more

It really sucks here. The manager keeps the meatballs for too long, and can't keep an employee around for any longer than 5... months because he needs to work somewhere else besides Subway if he hates it so much. His poor manager skills and lack of desireto pay his employees what they worked for is his downfall, leading to overworked employee not working art peak performance andfrequent gaps in the schedule. My experience at this Subway location is probably the worst I have ever had with Subway, period. I began to order my sandwich,... and it was clear that the girl was new and being trained. I understand that new people won't do a perfect job. However, she cutthe sandwich at a very weird angle, and even though she realized she did this, she continued to make the sandwich anyway. Thismade it very difficult for the next person to load anything into it, and it ended up being a complete disaster of a sandwichthat couldn't close properly. It was extremely messy and unpleasant to eat. My other complaint is about the second person whowas training the new girl. I told her I wanted the veggie patty, and she just got it straight out of the fridge in the back andput it on my sandwich without heating it up! Every other Subway I've ever been to always pre-heats their veggie patties first. Then, to add insult to injury, she complained of the smell of my food once she toasted the sandwich. She literally said, "Theseveggie patties smell so nasty!" Seriously? I am paying for you to make this, and I enjoy it, so don't insult the food I'm aboutto eat. Keep your opinions to yourself. I find the smell of meat rather disgusting, but if I was making you a meat sandwich, Iwouldn't say anything to you about it. Not vegetarian-friendly at all, but then again, neither is Subway, so what do I expect. Read more

I ordered a sandwich before noon on 5/11/2016 and to my surprise when I got ready to pay...the manager or whoever was doing a... check on the register for the employees on duty starting discussing a complaint that he got an e-mail on the female employeestanding to the right of him. I was concerned because all I wanted to do was take my sandwich home and pay for it. A manager orboss SHOULD NEVER CONFRONT AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Perhaps the franchisee will read this e-mail and put a procedurein place to not embarrass a customer who is either right or wrong in front of a paying customer. I will go to another Subway inmy area from now on. Based on the reviews perhaps Corporate should take a look at the hostile environment at this location. Read more
