The food was actually very very good but the service was not! Employees just don't care one bit! Listening to loud rap music... should never happen! I can see why their nighttime business isn't doing well ! although I like rap music and didn't mind as muchbeing a manager at a place similar to that it did make me a little uncomfortable! By far the worst customer service of any subway I have ever been to in my entire life. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one... time did any other two employees acknowledge me at all. The sad thing is, I wasn't even a customer, I was just an Uber driverthere picking up an Uber order to go. The moment I walked in, the idiot making the sandwiches turned up the music loud enoughto where you can hear the F word and the B word every other sentence. Behind me waiting as well was a family of four with twokids. You can tell their parents were really upset that subway was allowing these idiots to play this obscene music with kids inthe restaurant waiting to be served their food. Not once did they make eye contact. You could also hear a baby crying in theoffice. I feel sorry for that poor child. Hey, a word of the device for the owner of this Subway, please fire these two moronemployees because they're doing a disservice to the customers that pay your rent at your business. Read more
EXCELLENT customer service!! ???????? She asked for my order and when I gave it to him he got it all right and didn't mess up... not a single thing even down to the vegetables that I wanted on my sandwich and the other person sandwich I was paying for. When it comes to preparing your sandwich..they aren't very sanitary. I have to constantly tell them to wash their hands after... touching money and between sandwiches before placing gloves on..This is pure common sense!!! They come to this country and takeour businesses but yet they're ignorant about how to operate them. Comes to show anyone can own a business with no BRAINS!!! Ipersonally like the Rivergate location. Washing their hands is the first thing they do when you enter the store. Read more
