I'm a trucker and I had a stop nearby so I wanted to grab some steak meat for my dog. I normally stop at a subway a couple times... a week to get him a nice treat to mix with his kibbles. I've been doing that for the past 6 months all over America. At everyother Subway that I have been to I was only charged for a double meat portion. They tried to charge me $15 for the same thing!!And, they were rude about it. I wouldn't recommend this Subway to the worst person in the world. A good business is based oncustomer service and the character of their staff. They have neither. Do yourselves a favor and patronize a place that willappreciate having you as a customer. I work near this Subway and stopped here for my lunch tonight. I frequent this shop a lot since it?s close. I was recently... diagnosed with high blood pressure so I?ve been moderating certain meals. Tonight I asked for a chicken Philly instead of aregular steak & cheese. My sandwich was nasty. I took one bite and went back inside to ask if they could make me anothersandwich. The young man who made the sandwich told me to hold on. He went to ask his female coworker who he was working with.She came to the front of the store and told me I would have to pay. I then asked for a refund. She told him to call someone. Icouldn?t make out who or what she said. I?m assuming it was the manager. She then walked off from the counter like I was abother. The young man started to tell his boss what was going on, but then handed me the phone so I could finish telling him. Hetold me I could receive a refund so I handed the phone back to the young man. He had trouble issuing the refund so he went andgot his female coworker again. She proceeded with the process of issuing the refund. Once finished, she slid the receipt acrossthe counter and uttered not one word. As a loyal customer, I will not be returning. Allen, if you are the owner/manager pleasedo better by your customers and please train your staff how to treat paying customers. Read more

How is this subway still open? Everyone is complaining, only people giving 5 stars are tour guides trying to collect money from... Google. Extremely rude customer service and upcharges customers. No way I go back to this bs. Read more

Bald owner is not only disrespectful but he also charges more. For veggie he charged 8.79 . Menu on the back says 7.59. BALD... GUY IS A AZZHOLE Read more

If they spent half as much time on customer service as penny pinching napkins ....rushing customers out of an EMPTY store and... charging Ala cart for items included in a combo...then they might actually get a tip. These people are shisty crooks...don'ttrust them. Read more
