I?ve worked on Broadway for a couple of years now and I understand how Broadway works. This is a coffee shop that has an... unwritten policy of the bathrooms being ?out of order?. That is utterly ridiculous! These bathrooms have been ?out of order?for the entirety of my tenure on Broadway. I understand that there are homeless people in Nashville but you cannot punish yourpaying customers by refusing to have your bathrooms open on the OFF chance that a homeless person uses the restroom. Needs ofthe many vs the needs of the few should not have to be a part of a business plan for a coffee shop. How is this allowed by acorporate entity??? Staff is consistently rude when asked about the bathroom and barely musters more than pursed lips whentaking an order at best. Staff is okay at best. EVERY TIME I go here, the bathrooms are ?out of order? which has been at least for the past 2 months.... Drinks came out fast, only good part of the experience. Read more

Had a drink there today. It is downtown Nashville. They don?t have to put care or concern into customer service because of the... high traffic. However, if you can avoid this one, it is worth your time. When we visited there was no line. I ordered my wife adrink. Then a line of 10 people visited at once. There were 3 employee?s. The boss she doesn?t help when there is a line. Theone employee was stocking shelves instead of moving the line. The biggest pet peeve was that 4 people received their drinkprior to her cold vanilla latte. It took longer than 20 for her drink. Read more

I ordered a triple mocha frappe from here at 11:14 am today. When I would take a sip, I would smell a foul smell. Then, I looked... at my drink and noticed that the whipped cream at the top didn't look right. I took my lid off and true enough, it wasspoiled/sour. Read more
The absolute slowest barista I?ve ever seen. Literally 30 people in the building waiting for one person, taking their sweet... time, to make all the drinks. Save yourself 30 minutes and go to another location. Read more
