One of the worst ever . Super slow service. Not even a real Starbucks can't use pints nor pay with the app. We where a party of... 3 takes one brefast order walks away makes it comes back and takes the other then walls away makes that one while we are at thecounter waiting then comes back and does that again. 8 min for a party of 3 order and all on one bill. How are you still onbusiness. Line was out the door. I definitely will start asking if it's a real deal Starbucks or part of a private company thatthey let use the Starbucks name. Never again. Less than. We were in town for a work trip and I go to Starbucks ALL the time for their amazing customer service. Not here and... not today. There were 4 ladies working and we were the only customers. The lady who helped us messed up our simple drink twice,didn't smile and was annoyed. Disappointing as this is not the level of customer service expectations and experience Starbuckstypically has. Read more

Wanted to grab a cup of coffee this morning and the nice lady at the register asked me to scan my app twice. I complied and... noticed that my app was charged twice. I proceeded to let them know, but it wasn't a big deal. What happened following this wascompletely unacceptable. Halley the "MOD" chose to scream at me from across the store. I am a frequent person within thatstarbucks as a work less than a block away. From this moment I let her know I would be discussing with Scotty the manager at alater date. She then proceeded to continue to raise her voice, call Scotty on speaker in front of the store and not even explainthe situation or how she was acting. Following this I asked to speak with Halley to let her know that I wasn't worried about theextra charge, I was worried about the customer service. She proceeded to speak over me and say "walk away have a nice day".Following this incident, I will not be returning even though it is the closest. I would prefer to walk an extra block and a 1/2to receive positive attitudes. Not to mention this was after the 3 ladies in the store were talking and laughing about theirweekend rather than serving 5 people waiting in line. Very unfortunate as I would expect a bit more with the standards Starbucksholds. Read more

Good visit, I was there this morning on 4/17 and got three drinks. I am a store manager for a Retail Store. This store was... pretty clean in lobby area and behind counter. I observed drink standards being made correctly and the staff was friendly. I wasthere for awhile. Good job team! I?d like to suggest some tables outside, it feels like a grab and go environment and also somemusic. Only other thing that stood out to me, was the team didn?t seem happy, just doing the work and getting by. Hope thatchanges for you guys and keep up the good work, YOU ARE APPRECIATED! ???? Decent Starbucks but you can tell it is a franchised store. My blueberries for the oatmeal were dried. The Iced Americano I got... was loaded with far too much ice (needed a little more water) and when I asked for Splenda, I was told it was at the condimentsbar. It sounds a bit much but I I?d prefer it added/stirred in before the ice as it blends better and when you pay so much forcoffee, I feel that this isn?t a big ask. When I go to other Starbucks that are retail stores, they always add it behind thecounter. Staff was nice, though. Read more

I had the worst service imaginable here. The cashier was less than helpful. Plus she looked like she was about to fall asleep. I... asked if they had certain pastries that they had on display the has barely any. She didn?t even finish taking my entire orderbefore starting to go do something to get our order ready. So we had to get the other cashier, who was lazy herself to get therest of it. Our drinks weren?t made until the original cashier was finished doing whatever she was doing and checked us out.Basically turned a 5-10 minute process into a 20-30 minute process. Ridiculous. Never go here. It?s not worth the hassle. Read more
