While waiting for and then working on the cafe area I watched each of the employees greet each person, most of them regulars-by... name. The place was packed and the crew worked as a team and kept everything going smooth. I heard one employee say to theother ?I appreciate you? and never saw anyone frown or in a bad mood. Everything was fine up until I didn?t feel my drink was adequately made the way that I PAID FOR IT TO BE MADE & the barista... didn?t feel that he should remake it but instead advised me to take the top off to add more and I thanked him for his MINIMALefforts and he acted as if he didn?t even want to say that I?m welcome. Although William is a great guy & store manager @ this location, it is a major homeless (see attached foto) hang out, & that... makes us not want to go there anymore. Fact : the individual depicted in the attached photo has been banned from this location,for spitting on the last manager, but instead of taking action, the corporation apparently will continue to enable thisindividual to hang out there & drive these 2 customers off.Additionally, former CEO & still major $tockholder Howard $chultz isa flaming a$$-hole for even thinking he could be the President of the United States.
