Waited in line for 10 minutes with one person ahead of me. All employees vanished leaving one barista to make the already... placed orders and left no one to wait on remaining customers. Have to admit this is the poorest customer service I've everseen. Not to mention the female barista making other people's coffee had the worst attitude!! Read more

The croissant I wanted which was the almond croissant was not available, so I had to opt for the regular croissant. It was good... but it wasn't what I wanted. I guess all Starbucks don't stock variety of products that others do. This was early in themorning and they didn't have this particular product on hand. Read more
This spot is always bustling, and they have a large cafeteria area in the back where you'll likely find students and... professionals working away while they enjoy a professionally prepared drink and a lounge area in the front. It's also extremelyclose to the Mall, and that's always a sweet shopping treat. The staff is friendly, and they always make my visits veryenjoyable. Read more
They upcharge 20% on their drinks! When I asked them why the drink i get every single day cost more there than it did everywhere... else, they told me it was a licensed vendor, not an actual Starbucks. Read more
