This is the worst Starbucks in the Nashville metro area. They're always slow, nobody ever knows anything. They're always out of... food items or certain drinks and/or syrups for certain drinks. Sometimes when you go inside the workers are standing aroundtalking instead of offering to help make drinks or get food items. Sometimes there's only one person on the register, whenthere'll be people waiting in line, and this location is busy all day everyday. Many times I placed mobile orders and waited15-20 minutes before arriving and my order still wasn't ready. Starbucks has also watered down its espresso based drinks andvarious frappucinos. It's always been expensive but it used to be worth it because "you got bang for your buck." Read more

Food is great. Drinks are made well. The girl at the counter in the morning was obviously tired and they were busy. That being... said..... I received a lot more attitude than I needed at 8:30 in the morning. I was looking for my food..though I could'veasked. I didnt want to interupt their workflow. I located my order, the food marked with my name on it was grouped with maybe 8other drinks and orders were scattered in the counter. I tried to find my drink assuming it would be next to my food. Instead ofbeing helped, I was barked at by this girl that "this was a delivery order". I told her the situation but she still was veryadamant about those drinks being for a delivery. I asked "okay where is my drink? If I have to wait that's fine but lose theattitude". Not very kindly she put my drink in front of me and when I tried to get my food she said it was for the delivery. Itwasn't until I pointed out my name was on the bag and all those names were "Brooke". The lightbulb went off. She still wanted toargue even though I had my food and the transaction was now complete. I stormed out and one of the other baristas asked what theissue was and I told her "she has an attitude for no reason". Looking back now she certainly had a reason but it didn't need tobe taken out on me. Next time point the names out. You don't need to see the name the customers do. Read more
I go to Starbucks all the time. I use this location for business, personal, and pleasure. Staff is very accommodating,... professional, friendly and their coffee is the best. I highly recommend them. Follow me for more reviews. Read more
The customer service is absolutely the worst of any starbucks I've ever been to. Waiting on my mobile order with the coffee... portion in hand and I'm completely overlooked and the lady who just walks up gets helped before me and then they walk away andcompletely ignore me again. Read more
