Starbucks has successfully gotten millions of people paying a lot of money for inexpensive foods. But that's okay. This... location has stumbled a bit post pandemic. Their servers are welcoming and doing the best with what they have. But I noticethis store is out of product quite frequently, especially when other locations do have them. But the worst sign is lazy upkeep.The computer screen sign for the drive thru has had pieces of tape stuck to it for months. It doesn't seem to have a purpose andcould probably use the short period it would take to clean that up. Read more

The good: very clean, nice employees, good customer service. Keep up the good work in this area! The sad: My mocha frappe... tasted like weak chocolate milk. Absolutely no coffee flavor and very little chocolate flavor. I was sad and disappointed. $6for frosty weak chocolate milk. I'm guessing this is probably one of the most ordered frappes on the menu. It really shouldnever be sad like mine was. I was in a hurry so I couldnt turn around and go back, plus it was not my local starbucks. Bye byemoney.???? Read more

I?ve never had an issue with this Starbucks. They are always fast and friendly! And even when mistakes happen they fix it and... are attentive. Anyone who complains seems just entitled to me, they are always so great! Read more

I ordered first than the lady behind me and her drink came out faster than mine. I waited more than 10mins for just a peach... matcha refresher. The drinks should be made IN ORDER and I saw one of the workers (the one with short hair) picked up my cup andplaced it down to do another order that was behind me. She ignored my order. After waiting for a long time I ended up receivinga pineapple reacher instead of the peach refresher that I ordered. Terrible customer service and I couldn?t believe my order wasIGNORED and was WRONG. Won?t be coming back again :). Read more
