The menu is not very inviting, the waiters and waitresses look sloppy they need a better uniform if it\'s supposed to be a... luxury experience. They were out of almost every tequila I wanted and my waitress asked me to hit the hookah. The overhead musicis great; the place is beautiful and has some real potential but it needs some work. *THEY CHARGE 18% GRATUITY WITHOUT CLEARLY TELLING YOU AND CONTINUE TO ASK FOR A TIP* I understand that this is a new restaurant,... however the experience was unpleasant. Random lettuce on the shrimp. Wings were cold. The garlic parmesan wings were not good.They for some reason could not give us a receipt. How do you not know how to work your system? We asked for our receiptsmultiple times because we knew we had been charged extra for something. It was only two of us. I did not see anything about an18% gratuity. MAKE THAT CLEAR. I spent $32 on a $24 meal. Ridiculous. And the food was not good. We asked for extra sauce andwere given bottles.
