This specific location (Franklin Road, Nashville, TN) had 5 workers, and manager on staff this evening. I placed my order for... 4.35 pm and I did not get it until 5.15 pm. There was another woman who was there for over an hour. Their customer service wasawful. Asked a man about my order and he said "I don't know" and walked away. I will say it was crowded and I understand that,but this was just way to much. Awful location, and will never be back. Read more
HORRIBLE!!!!!!Just as the other reviews have stated They take forever to answer the button and when they do answer it they're... rude and say " can I take your order" . Then when I said no never mind because the lady had an attitude and I pulled off shewanted to come outside like she was going to fight me the manager in the purple shirt the big lady. She should have answeredthat button just as fast as she came outside that would be called doing her job. I?ve been going to this sonic since I was in high school and I am now 30. It?s always been good service. Unfortunately... management has become a joke and I will not be returning. It was a hot day so they were absolutely packed. Not a problem. Ipressed the button. Waited at least 10 min. Nothing. I stopped a gentlemen who worked there and he told me it wasn?t working (nosign) and directed me to use another. So I went to the next one, he took my order?. Two large ocean waters. I waited more than30 min. I looked over and this woman who had ordered and parked at a stale gets out of her car and waits by the front door untilsomeone comes out. It was the same guy. It seemed she had ordered through the QR code (which most people did too)? he went in(I could see him through the window) searching for her food and drink. Which didn?t seem to have even been all the way ready. Hebrings it right out. I was a bit shocked. I asked the other staff who the manager was and she said it was him. I asked for hisattention and I said, hey I just ordered two ocean waters about 20-30 min ago. He said he went and got hers because she hadalready paid with card and since I am paying with cash, I would have to wait. WHATTTT?!?? ????????They both copped an attitudeand said we?re busy can?t you tell. I mean yes baby girl but you catch a whole lot more flies with honey then you do vinegar.Mind you, my two ocean waters were a whole $3 and some change. I was going to give them 5 and call it a day but I decided totake my money elsewhere. They need more staff, they need better management and they need better attitudes. Read more

My visit today 6/16/22 was fantastic!!!My food was so fresh and served with a pleasant attitude. The young lady at the window... greeted me and told me to have a nice day. This is the type of service that should be implemented in every fast food.Unfortunately, not all Sonics or any other restaurant operates in this manner. This location did a good job. Read more
I waited 30+ minutes for food here, there were enough people working so I?m not sure if they were high or just not motivated, or... both. This location is a logistical nightmare and the term ?fast food? does not apply. Don?t waste your time! Read more
