Worst Sonic that I?ve ever visited. This location is close to my office so I come here regularly but it is the worst Sonic I?ve... ever visited and I go to Sonic everywhere I travel. The service is horribly slow. If you go to a stall, there is a greater than50% chance that they will never answer your call at all. If they do, I?ve had it take 45 minutes or longer to get myorder. Mobile orders aren?t completed or even looked at. The only way to actually get food is to go through the drive thruwhich is also slow that it commonly takes 20-30 minutes. I wouldn?t go here at all but there are no other fast food options inthe area. I?ve probably been to 50 different Sonic locations and none of them have been nearly as bad as this location and ithas been this bad for several years; no end in sight. Read more
Do not go to sonic and buy the footlong it has no chili on it, they dip the hot dog in chili and cover it with cheese so you... cant tell you have no chili, therefore you dont need the napkins they dont give you! Almost 6.00 for nothing... Read more
Very poor customer service! The server was on her phone the entire time, ignoring customers and orders. I ordered a medium shake... but another customer that ordered an entire meal several minutes after I ordered received hers first.
