Absolutely the worst location in Nashville. Waited in the drive through 15min because the pull-in stations were chained off on... both sides. The wait wasn?t the issue for me so much but it was the fact the drive through monitor did not activate when I droveup. The employee signaled me to pull up to the window. After doing so, he told me I would have to drive back around. I said it?sok and just went elsewhere. Read more

Y?all need to address the business and customer service at this establishment ASAP. It?s been going on for way too long and... we?ve been coming here for years simply because the location is convenient to us. I tried to give y?all a chance but There isALWAYS a long wait no matter the time of day or how busy they are. Half the time they don?t even allow you to order at thestalls, drive thru only. The ice cream machine is always ?down? ?..how can you be a restaurant that easily makes half or more ofits profit on ice cream and novelties but don?t ever serve ice cream?.what is this McDonalds?? then to top it all off they areRUDE. Every time. It never fails. Rude rude rude. Attitudes, never helpful, cutting you off at the speaker when you try toorder?And it?s dirty. Either get new managers and train these ppl or shut it down. I agree with many of the reviews already placed regarding this location. The ice cream machine has been broken for MONTHS, no... onion rings, sometimes they don't even have burgers OR fried food depending on the day. No stalls are open so everyone has to gothrough the drive thru. When you finally get to the speaker to order they ask you to "give them a minute". Spent my entire lunchHOUR today trying to get food. Stood outside at the call box, where the tables are. No one would get to me. Everyone has to go through the drive thru, because... they have shut down all of their stalls. I was only picking up an order that was placed online and it said order ready for pickup. And I shouldn't have to wait in a drive through where people are in front of me that have not placed an order yet, whilemine is ready and getting cold. I will have to file a dispute with my bank now. No one got back to me on the call box. Theyobviously saw me standing there the whole time. It's directly in front of them. So don't go here. The order I was picking up wasnot mine. I never eat here because of the employees having zero consideration and having attitudes and having to wait for anhour or 30 minutes. When the food is not even good. This place either needs new management or to be shut down. My mom had placed an order on the app and when they never came, she... went through the drive thru. She was greeted by the man pictured and told that t ave her order and that they were closed. Sheshowed him her payment on her phone. He said that they closed at 10, but it wasn?t 10 yet. Then he said he threw her items away. She asked for a refund or at least a receipt so she can come back later. Once she said that she would be speaking to corporate,he slammed the door and locked it. TL;DR: I paid $20 (including tip) for one small and one medium sonic blasts. Tonight I ordered on the app and when I went to... pick it up the stalls were closed, so I went through the drive thru. It took me 30 minutes to get to the window. They didn?thave my order so they had to look at my phone and memorize it. Because there were so many people behind me they asked me to moveup, where they eventually brought me two (incorrect) items of the five I ordered. After waiting for 10 more minutes I calledthree times to see where I should wait so as to not be in the way of the others in the line but no one answered. Is this even abusiness? Should I mark it as temporarily closed? The two girls working were in over their heads and they were doing the bestthey could. Makes sense they lost my order with the noise from everything else. The food was good and which would expect from Sonic. However, evidently only their drive-thru was open and they didn't have all... of the booths chained off and when you order a head in the app, it doesn't tell you that drive-thru is an option. I waited for15 minutes, push the button and there was no answer. So I went up to the window to ask the lady who handed me my order after abit of conversation when I told her that I've been waiting about 20 minutes. I know the local stores can't control the app, butit would be nice if they at least had a note saying what you should do or if they have the ability to answer the button to letyou know that they need you to go through the drive-thru.
