Who ever owns/manages this particular location, just know that between 7-8pm your employees sit outside and refuse to serve... PAYING costumers. On 4 separate occasions the employees sitting outside have told me that it was to late to serve food or icecream. I?ll never be back. This place needs to be shut down. Period. Read more
Went to Sonic last night. Was told Ice cream was shut down after 9. The place closed at 9:30. Don?t be open if you can?t provide... all the items on the menu. I understand if there are delivery constraints, but Ice cream didn?t run out, so beware that if yougo after 9, you may not get Ice cream. Read more
They did not get our order right and we waited 20 extra minutes for a hot dog they forgot to include. Notified them immediately... and they tried to charge me for an entirely new hot dog. I had to walk to the front, knock to get their attention, and then showthem my receipt, and even then waited so long I had to check back in. The people that work the morning shifts are awesome..I go before 10am for my French Vanilla Ice Coffee..delicious but the... customer service makes me love this location..I have 3 around town I love for this same reason..got customerservice..friendly..remembering my voice and knowing what I'm about to order.
