Horrible service. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes until someone came to the mic and took my order. There were no other cars... in line. Drove around to the window and the manager, who was on the phone, puts a finger up asking for one moment. I wait anadditional 5 minutes and a young girl came to the window and asked what I ordered. Went to the location In metro center and upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by the employees. It was a rainy... day outside and somehow the still managed to have the floors spotless it was one of then first things I noticed upon walking in.My order was taken and they got it to me expeditiously! Once my order was handed to me I was ready leave and one of theemployees suggested that I download the smooth king app for deals and so I could start gaining reward points. Needlessly to sayI now have the app and will be going to the location from now on from the experience with the employees greets customer serviceskills at this location. Read more
My experience at this location has been nothing outside of GREAT !! Rachel has the most pleasant customer service skills and she... knows how to talk to her customers. The smoothies are my kick before going into work and I thoroughly enjoy them !!! I go off mydirect path to work to visit your store. Rachel is very professional and polite. KUDOS to her !!! i'm used to the slow service, but today was ridiculous. i'm 39 weeks pregnant and can't hold down much, so i was excited for a... smoothie. i was cut off mid order and never had a response, i sat in the line for 6-7 minutes before driving to the side windowto check my order status, where i was instructed to pay for someone else's order and then told, "well i never took your order".they took my order and i asked "these are for 32 oz, right?" then he shut the window on me. i pulled around and walked inside toconfirm, as i wanted 32 oz. they hand me 20 oz and say it's my mistake and "you want us to make you a new one because you messedup and paid for 20 oz". i explained i never got to even have my order taken and i was sitting there for a while when 3 of theworkers start laughing and harassing me about how i'm asking for a different size smoothie. i say never mind and walk out, wheni'm told "haha, yeah that's right". i'm so hormonal it literally made me cry. just because i wanted a smoothie and to be treatedlike a decent human.
