Can Smoothie King make the smoothies before you pay? When there is a drive thru, I would think that after ordering my drink,... they would make it. So by the time you reach the window, its done or almost done. But no! You have to wait until til you reachthe window, make a payment (and tip) before making the Smoothie. Great location. Just a small drive through kiosk/stand. Very friendly employees, and I got my smoothie faster than I had gotten... it at any of the other brick-and-mortar locations. Frankly, I wish they were all like this. I like it much better. I am addingthis portion to the review because of what happened just a few days ago. A few days ago, not only did I receive a greatsmoothie, but my engine began overheating as I was pulling through the drive through, and I had to hurriedly park in a space toturn the car off before some real damage was done. Someone on the team brought my smoothie out to me, and after I had beensitting there several minutes to allow the engine to cool, two of your team members, Aaron Rodriguez and his wife, Morgan, cameout and checked on me to make sure that I was okay. I told them that I would be okay and that I was letting the engine cool sothat I could take it about a mile and a half up the road to a shop to let them look at it. However, Aaron and Morgan insistedon helping me by providing coolant for my engine. Morgan then followed me to the shop to make sure that nothing happened to meon the way. She even blocked some traffic for me with her car to make sure that I got there safely enough without having to gun(press on the gas hard) my car. These were some of the nicest people I had ever met, they were my angels that evening. I reallyhope that whomever their manager is will see this and commend them for their efforts. In this crazy world, it is refreshing tosee nice, unselfish, people. God bless them! Read more
I'm not that picky at all. Nothing but good things to say. I think it's a great location and typically I like to come here in... the warm season, park and order at their door. I don't mine waiting on the drive line to get served. They sometimes have acanopy but I like the sun, even in heat indexes over 100. The staff are quick and efficient, friendly and personable. Kudos toAshley today! She's a warrior, working the place by herself, gloves and all! Cranked her a Lincoln for a tip. First time I'dhave the Immune Support smoothie, very good. Smoothie King recipes used to be a bit to sweet for my taste but that seems to havechanged, they taste more natural and earthy. Kudos to those staff that serve us.) Read more
Great smoothies but upset bc I like to come every morning now to start off a good day and they have not been open on time for... the past 2 days. They're supposed to open at 7 am and I went there at 803 am both days and there was no one there. Sitting therewaiting for someone to take my order and I'm salty bc there's no one inside!!
