Went to Sky Blue for the first time and was really looking forward to it. It was a Sunday and was told about a 45 minute wait.... Not a surprise on a weekend and seemed reasonable. It ended up being roughly 1.5 hrs. Of course not ideal since it was twice theamount of time but you can?t control how long people stay etc. Once inside we ordered and never saw our waiter again. Tables whogot in later and had more than our table of two got their food so we eventually had to go up and ask. Once we asked our food wasthere within minutes so guessing they forgot about us. We ordered banana french toast pancake and savory one! Both of us had burnt pancakes. Google review took us here and this is... what we got! $ 12 for each pancake, not worth it. Service was poor, automatically put 18% on the check. Server needs to earn thetip. Wait time roughly 45 minutes. Will never come back. I only enjoyed my oatmilk latte! Read more
This place was awesome!! The food, portions and Tina were amazing. We are visiting and would recommend this place hands down.... Keep on mind this is a small quaint spot. They will make you feel warm and welcomed. Read more

It was good. The kind of neighborhood cafe that must be supported or you'll miss it when it's gone. Strengths: super friendly... hostess and great coffee. Food was adequate to above average. (Pancakes were weirdly stretchy?) We liked it enough to buy thetee shirt and some of their local hot sauce. They predicted 45-60 minutes to get seated and it only took 30, so that was good.Service attention was spotty and it felt like it took a long time for food to come, but we got what we needed in the end. Great breakfast, quirky friendly staff. I had Lo?s bowl and it was fantastic! Healthy-ish blend of aromatic veggies, spinach,... and potatoes with two eggs. The Teff Pancakes show off the best attributes of the African grain with a pleasing color, texture,and flavor not quite like anything else. Be sure to try the excellent Añejo pepper sauce! Read more
The food was ok. Service was not what I expected. Energy was definitely off with waitress attitude and service she delivered.... Some food was cold(French toast to be exact). Won?t be back. I got the breakfast Burrito and added veggie sausage. Read more
This place is fantastic! Very quaint which makes you wait a few minutes on a busy day but TOTALLY worth it! Super high quality... food and above average service.
