We ordered 3 dozen Bavarian creme filled donuts on Monday for a very specific themed event on Friday. When we picked up the... order on Friday, the donuts were regular glazed donuts at the higher price and a couple of maple donuts. We were told theydidn't have anymore Bavarian creme donuts, so they gave us "whatever". No call to discuss, no apology, nothing... and theyexpected us to keep the wrong order and still pay for the pricier donuts. I went there to get donuts for an event that I was having, the person that waited on me went to the back to get a dozen glazed... donuts instead of pulling them from the tray out front. I got to my destination and grab a glazed donut and it was stale,probably gave my yesterday's donuts, and then I ordered a dozen assorted glazed and he started putting any flavor in the box Ihad to stop him because he started putting coconut covered donuts in the box, I don't like coconut , and he started puttingsprinkled donuts in the box, I clearly asked for chocolate glazed. The best donuts I've ever had in my liffeeee. They folks are hard working and beyond kind. If they see you often they usually... throw in an extra donut for me or my girls.
