I doubt I will be back for a while after what I experienced and witnessed yesterday. I ordered my food using the app thinking... it'll be faster however I ended up waiting for an hour and 30 minutes past the suggested time on the app. Mind you, the placewas far from busy and I watched people who had just come in receive their orders before me. When I finally received my food itwas cold because the girls working in the pick-up section overlooked mine and three other customers' orders at the prep stationbecause they were so focused on playing around or clocking out. Despite my order lounging on the station for minutes, I acceptedit anyway. When I sat down to eat my food I notice one of my burgers was severely undercooked while the other was too incertain spots. I took the burger up to the counter and asked one of the workers if they could make it over. She proceeded to askwhat was wrong, looked at the burger frowned then threw it away. Shortly after, another girl tries to convince me that is theway Shake Shake cooks their burgers and that I have to request "well-done" on the app. I have been coming to Shake Shack for awhile now when I'm in town and I have never had to request well done! It was such a lousy excuse for simply not wanting to makemy burger over. When in reality, I should've had my whole order re-cooked with no excuses, complaints, or attitudes from theworkers. This place has got to be the worst managed shake shack I?ve ever visited. I eat here a lot bc I work nearby and each time I... visit I say it?s the last. This time we watched while they were out of cheese and instead of just apologizing and giving us arefund they scurried around for 15 extra min while our entire order was under the warmer. They finally came to the conclusion tohave the girl working the register to stick her bare hand (without washing ) into the cheese with a little cup and tried todrizzle the tiny cup over all 3 orders of our cheese fries. First time eating at this establishment. The front counter has was pleasant and helpful. She gave an excellent recommendation... about the double smoke stack sandwich. Cheese Fries were decadent... Regular fries would have been delicious. The SprinkleCookie Shake was amazing. It is a limited time shake but was a delight going into my mouth and as I savored the flavors hittingmy tastefully and down my throat is was an experience that will not be forgotten. So enjoyable! Bacon was not great not sure ifit is just the brand... Not the fault of the employees they were more than helpful in trying to fix my needs for week done. Ilike my bacon crispy and over cooked... Just didn't happen here but no one's fault. The double smoke stack was a filling andjuicy sandwich. This place was comfortable and they have tap water on tap. Great food! Read more

We came here twice. First time we waited for roughly 35 minutes for our food. The cashier apologized for the wait as they were... understaffed and gave us some shake vouchers. Sadly, our food came out cold that first time. Given that we had vouchers, wethought we'd try it again. The photos I attached are from the second time. While my hamburger was better than the first time(minus the sad soggy bottom bun), my girlfriend's lettuce wrap burger was sad. Wilted lettuce, cold. Once we finished ourmeals, we realized our shakes weren't included in our order. I talked to someone behind the counter and we eventually got ourshakes (probably 15min after we ate). Read more

Enjoyed my 1000 calorie meal . The burgers and shake are prepared fresh and was a solid . We got the buffalo chicken and the... shroom burger with the spicy fries and the seasonal shake. Loved all of it except for the fact that i need to hit the gym for anextra hour to shed those extra calories. But the best high quality fast food joint for sure . Read more

Heroes work here ! Staff are quick, friendly and best part is they follow all safety standards and covid protocols . Manager... and their desk staff are really understanding and were able to update my order last minute from regular shack burger to mushroomburger which is a vegetarian option equally delicious n filling too. Went after work with my co worker to get some burgers n shakes!! The Oreo Shake was delicious but the burger I got was pure pink... in the middle. It grossed me out even if it?s still safe to eat. I went up to the worker and showed him the burger and he saidthat I was supposed to ask for my burger well done.. What?? Never in my life have I had to ask that anywhere! They should beasking us if we want it well done or not. Anyways I sat back down and just picked out the pink parts haha Read more
