It took us ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to get a steak and mashed potatoes! On top of that, the “jumbo” crab cakes we... ordered as an appetizer (which also took forever to get) we’re not jumbo but literally the size of a mini pancake. This was abig deal for us to come here and we left absolutely devastated that we spent $245 for TWO PEOPLE. Will never come back here. Anabsolute waste of our time and hard earned money. The waitress was kind and apologized repeatedly so we can’t fault her asthis seemed like a kitchen issue. Read more

On fence between 4 and 5 star. Will do 5 star with because overall experience from more than one visit. Rather expensive dining... experience with steaks and seafood. They had one chicken breast option I believe. The appetizers seem to be limited toessentially if you like seafood you get that or not. I'm not a seafood fan, however tried the Ahi tuna and was taken bake by thepresentation and the taste. The last time I went the steak was over cooked. Waitress offered to take it back to make it righthowever it was fine and was not going to make a fuss about it. My wife's cut was rather fatty and should not have been selectedas a cut to push out the kitchen in my opinion for a 56 dollar steak. Everything is a la cart. Presentation of everything isexcellent. Staff is fantastic and very friendly and even sets tables for special occasions. Did notice they don't ahear to thedress code as I seen someone wearing a hat and a jersey in the dining room when according to their policy that is notacceptable. In all I do recommend this place of a rare occasion as a celebration for different events. We will return. Read more

My first time, My daughter invited her sister and myself for a birthday dinner for us both! Our Birthdays are just a few days... apart, my experience far exceeded my expectations! The food is fantastic everything was delicious, but the Service wasextraordinary! We were treated like royalty, by a wonderful man named Steve, He was genuine, courteous, and showed us a level ofdedication to his profession by telling us a few interesting things about the history and growth of the restaurant. Ourraspberry tea glasses never reached the bottom before a new glass full was on the table. He checked on us often and never leftan empty or dirty dish . His sense of humor was delightful and he offered to take pictures for us so that we could remember ourwonderful time together! It was a magical evening and my girls agreed that we would begin a new Birthday tradition and celebrateevery year there from now on! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time! Thank you Steve for showing us a beautifulevening. Read more

I love a good steak. Today I got that - a good steak. Sizzling on a 500 degree plate with a generous bit of browned butter. ... Closer to blue than rare but that’s ok - I love rare and under. Started with a Beef Carpaccio that livened the palate witharugula pesto, capers, olive oil and toast points. Wow. Melt in your mouth beef, lovely flavors from the pesto and capers. Could have eaten another plate of it. Had a Newcastle ale with it. The steak, good, was flavorful but I don’t think it wasas good as other steaks I’ve had at another Ruth’s Chris location. Side was lobster Mac n Cheese. Again, good, but not earthshattering. Desert was amazing. Crème Brûlée. Ruth’s Coffee. Rich and decadent custard, delightful sugar crunch and adelicious adult coffee drink. Yum. Here’s the breakdown: Kim’s great service +1 star; top tier appetizer +1 star;plentiful portion size +1 star; well cooked steak +1 star; amazing desert +1 star; good but not great steak at 3 Michelin Starprices -1 star Read more

Came here for my friends birthday, the food was excellent! The menu is a laa carte and very pricey but worth it. The portion... sizes were very generous and the wait staff was well trained in fine dining excellence. I will be returning in the future. Read more

This was my first time going to Ruth Chris. It was a birthday celebration we both ordered cowboy steak ribeye. One had blue... cheese crust topping the other was a signature topping they had which was crab cake and asparagus. Sides were lobster mac, theirpotatoes with cheese, and cream of spinach. We had late reservations, that was all I could find online. I called and spoke witha gentleman by the name of Tyler to see if there were any earlier openings. He put me on a brief hold and said we can get youtaken care of no worries. I was able to have my reservation moved up an hour! Very much appreciated. In to the review, therestaurant itself is set up very nicely. Color scheme/ theme fits well and definitely sets a good mood. All staff that day werevery helpful and kind. They have a very big bar in front of the waiting area. They have private sections for seating as well. Our waitresses was Tatiana(not sure on the spelling) FOOD: Sides, I'd have to say the sides were good. The cream of spinach wasvery well done. It has excellent flavor, however the only thing I did not like about it is it the consistency was watery. Itcould have just been that night or how they make it I'm not sure however it still tasted good. The potatoes au gratin wasprobably my favorite side. Fresh, cheesy, and piping hot. The lobster mac was decent. The lobster itself was warm too the touch.I moved it to the side to just dig into the mac and that itself was very well done. I enjoyed the type of cheese the used and ithad a white sauce or maybe white cheese either way it's a plus in my book! STEAKS: I had my steak done medium rare with bluecheese topping all I can say is GREAT JOB! The steaks came on a plate that temperature wise was 500 degrees. I've never seenthat done anywhere else. The color was perfect, the texture was perfect, the blue cheese crust was torched on top too hold itall together and my oh my was it fantastic. My guests steak was done medium rare with the crab and asparagu Read more

Nice experience. Food was just OK. The crab cakes, drinks(cocktails), and cheesecake is the only thing I’ll probably even... consider coming back for. The lobster bisque was disgusting.Staff was pleasant. Very accommodating for our 1 year anniversary. Read more
