Staff was incredibly rude. I ordered online for pickup, there was no hostess even though there is a "wait to be seated" sign.... The bartender saw my sister and I just walked away when I approached the bar. I waited 10 minutes and she came back 3 times andignored me. There were only 2 people at the bar and 4 tables at the whole restaurant. My sister was able to find where they kepttake out orders and thankfully Alexandria helped us out. I would like to add 3 other staff members walked by and ignored usincluding the manager that walked past 6 times. Yes I was mad enough to count. Maybe promote Alexandria and have her show theothers how to acknowledge customers, it's a restaurant, you need the staff to attend to people who come. It's ridiculous noserver, bartender, or hostess can't help but it takes someone from the kitchen staff to step up and not be walking around with ascowl. I want to emphasize they weren't short staffed and the restaurant was next to empty. I was there 20 minutes after thefood shown ready and wasn't ready and took someone who isn't even at the front counter or even close to the front door to assistus because everyone else literally ignored my sister and I. I feel disgusted I spent nearly $100 here to be treated likegarbage. This is long winded but you want food that is mostly just alright, a joke size for things like brussel sprouts, and tobe treated like you don't exist while wasting your money this is the place! I had dinner at Macaroni Grill and order food to go for lunch on Monday. For and appetizer, i ordered the caprese salad. It was... great. For dinner, I had the Seafood Ravioli with Shrimp. The bread is so good!! My to go order consisted of Tomato Basil Soupand I think I got Seafood Bisque and Chicken Marsala. Read more

I just can't say enough nice things about the Macaroni Grill! The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, (Just ask for... Levi, best server ever!) everyone was so friendly from the hostess to the cooks. The atmosphere was so relaxing and Levi madesure each course was timed perfectly. The salads were nicely chilled so the lettuce crunched in your mouth. The Tomato Bisquesoup was simmered to the perfect consistency. The noodles were not mushy but were al dente, and the arabiata sauce, well, let'sjust call it mucho grande!?????????? Read more

First visit to this restaurant and it will probably be my last. I haven't seen a friend of mine for so many years and she had... just moved to Nashville. I am a Flight Attendant and had a layover so she picked me up and we headed down to "The Opry MillsMall" for brunch. We both decided to try Romano's. As we entered, it was not too busy and we got seated right away. Our serverwas the best thing going for that restaurant. This is why I gave a 3 star or I would have given a 1. He was very approachableand friendly. Got our drink order and placed our soup and salad order immediately afterwards. We ordered the Lobster bisquesoup, a salad and mozzarella sticks. The sticks came first and it tasted really good. The dipping sauce, marinara was a bitspicy but okay. Our soup was next and it was lukewarm tending to be cold. No pieces/bits of lobster at all. I guess allrestaurants have their style of making this soup but it didn't taste like it had lobster at all. Server was pleasant as weinformed him and he said he would heat it up. We did explain we did not want it in a microwave so he suggested another means ofheating. He did a fantastic job and apologized a few times. We did let him know we knew it wasn't his fault. Food excellent as was the service. Seating very limited due to staff shortages. Our waiter did a fantastic job even though... obviously overworked. Make sure you make reservations. Read more

Not a very long wait on a Friday afternoon. Appetizers was brought out very quickly as well as the main meal. The low staff... caused no issues , the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Read more

The food was good. The sauce for the Shrimp Portofino was thicker than I like, but the meal was still good. You can never go... wrong with a good Caesar Salad. The trio was tasty. All three of us had food left over from our meals. Service was a bit slowbut that could be due to the lack of help. Read more

First off, I forgive them for lack of quality service and quality food, due to lack of HELP. This is an ongoing problem for... many restaurants and businesses these days. However, if you are going to open your doors for business with limited staff, youhave to step way up to keep patrons coming back. My salmon was cooked hard as a brick. I sent it back and received one as firmas a mattress. I suppose if I had sent it back once more I would have received one as soft as a feather. ???? ???????????????? OK, I'm back. Our server was also the manager. He was all over the place....frazzled, but calm at the same time. My friendsand I felt really sorry for him. On a good note, the pasta was delicious ????. We also really enjoyed our endless Caesarsalads and bread. This helped tide us over during the looonnnng time before our food arrived....(refer back to the previouslymentioned salmon).
