Most expensive pizza in the shadiest strip mall but OMUHGOODNESS the flavor and quality is so good! The pizza sizes run smaller... than what you are used to from a big box chain pizza joint. But trust me when I say to order up, pay the higher cost, andenjoy. Also when the grape leaves are fresh (and the rice filling ISNT crunchy) they are a perfect compliment to pizza orwings. Read more
Charged a fee did not inform a head of time for credit card. I ordered chicken parmigiana rubbery at best grape leaves tasted... like vinegar. The bread sticks were burnt. The chocolate cake was frozen and so was the tiramisu. I complained they couldcrareless. Horrible food and non caring and attitude. Read more
Do Not, repeat...DO NOT ORDER!! FROM THEM PLACE! I ordered pizza, 3 pizza's, 2 large and 2 med, 20 pc bone in wings, chocolate... cake and salad.. cost me $128.00, when they arrived, I received 1 large, 2 Small pizza's, no cake, no salad and cold wings.. I don't recommend and disappointed! Very misleading between the printed food prices, and the hidden delivery fees so order... carryout instead so you don't overpay for your meal. 5 wings and a 10 inch pizza cost $30, that's highway robbery. I'll neverorder from there again ???? for $30 I could've had a real sit-down meal and still had money leftovers. I called and spoke withthe manager to let him know about my experience, he tried to talk over me and hung up on me because I said that I would neverorder again even with a 20% discount or recommend his restaurant. Made 2 separate orders for 2 separate locations for my family. One order was $21and change the other was $74 and change. All I... asked for on the pizza part was for extra marinara sauce. Pizza was dry so I called and the gentleman said that he had done itpersonally. If I can shown you the picture of the dry pizza it would prove how dry this pizza was...I'm a tipper and frequentcustomer but my 2022 will be looking different at this point. Read more
On 9/5 I Ordered from a 3rd party delivery & received my food within the hour. I assumed they would deliver from the Roma... location on Gallatin Rd as it?s right around the corner from my house but never the less it came from this Clarksville PikeRoma. I ordered the Italiano Sub & 6 lemon pepper wings. Both were absolutely terrible. Wings were cold & literally dripping ingrease (no ranch added either.) The sub, well look at the picture & see for yourself. As an Italian myself, I was appalled tohave that been called their ?Italiano Sub.? The next day, I called the location & talked to Sam the manager. He was kind &advised me to come back & re-order anytime but blamed the reason my order was cold on the delivery driver being 40 mins late(which wasn?t true.) Today (9/8 - 3 days later) I called & wanted to place the remake order. The guy who answered was so rudewhile I tried explaining the situation. I did NOT want the Sub or the Wings again as I stated they were both terrible so I askedto replace with a Pepperoni Pizza with green onions & the Chicken Alfredo & paid the ?$10 difference? they requested as it was?more food & not the same total as my last order.? Ok - fine, I did expecting to have a better food experience. Got home, thebreadsticks that came with the pasta BURNED to a crisp. Salad was basic & the pizza to be honest was the most bland & boringpizza I?ve had in a long time!! I would have rated it higher, but they burned the edges, so I couldn't enjoy all of the pizza. I ordered gluten free crust, as... In trying to find the best gluten free pizza crust in town. Despite the burned edges, the pie was good. Only 1 size for GF.About 11". Sauce was good and didn't overload. Plenty of toppings and cheese, although for the price of gluten free pie, theyshould put more meat. All-in-all, I enjoyed it. Maybe next time they won't burn it. Read more
