A great feast for the eyes! (Mouth not so much.) My adult children, their friends, my wife and I had a blast looking around... while eating. None of us were blown away by our food but none of us were disappointed. It was all VERY pricey but you pay forthe experience. It was about 170.00 for the six of us with no alcohol. But we did get 3 souvenir cups on that as well... itseems it's be even more fun with smaller kids. Got there soon after they opened, we were surprised how busy they already were. Even still, we didn't have to wait to be seated... and our waitress was great, she remembered our orders correctly, very friendly and checked on us often. Everyone enjoyed theirfood. Bottom line up front...Save your time and save your money. This place is the worst. Food was horrible and horribly... overpriced! Here are the details: 3:15pm on a Saturday afternoon...took 60 minutes to get our food and the place wasn't evencrowded. I ordered the fish and chips ($21.95 and don't forget that wonderful Tennessee sales tax of something like 10% - nuts).Fish was wonderful, but it was only 3 or 4 small pieces and the chips were inedible garbage. I literally had to go eat somewhereelse afterwards because I was starving. I hate giving bad reviews, but dang...you can do better. I didn't take it out on theserver though...she still got her 20%...this is a management issue plain and simple...and you can't tell me it's because it'shard to find help. With the prices this place is charging, they can DEFINITELY afford to pay their employees more if that's thecase. Rant over. Oh, and the atmosphere is cool for the first hour...after that...gets pretty old, pretty fast. Read more
Place was really nice to look around at and our server was really nice and attentive to our needs. However, the greatest... downfall of this place was the food!! Taste was bland, the best thing I ate were the mozzarella sticks! And the prices werepretty high on food on top of it, for food that was not really good.. The wait staff were polite, courteous and professional. The restaurant was clean and uncrowded despite being busy. Even with... this said there was no abnormal wait from the time we were seated to the time we were able to order our drinks and food, so onand so forth. Everything seemed to be running smoothly and orderly. Despite having a limited menu ranging from pasta steak andseafood of about 25 items, what we had was well prepared, delicious and tasted fresh. Love the atmosphere gave you the sense of being in an actual rainforest. The food was delicious and of course the drinks were... hitting. I love the fact they offer to take your picture for memories. My waitress was very knowledgeable and nice. Read more
