I eat gluten-free and I requested a gluten-free menu. A lot of places do not even have a gluten-free menu so I was surprised... when the waiter said he would get me one. The laminated paper that he came back with was terrible. It would be better for themnot to even have a gluten-free menu, then to give somebody a this poor excuse for menu, that is extremely hard to read. If I wasthe owner or manager of this establishment, I would be extremely embarrassed to give anybody this menu. Read more

Our waiter brought one bill and not divided by 3 groups. When I ask him to do it he was very rude and said he could do it off... of this one just give him the three credit cards. I mentioned that on mt bill I needed to include my husband's mea l also. He said he knew that and I ask how did he knew who the wife was to the husband. And he responded very rudely again that he knew. When we did get our bill the tip percentages on all three bills were totally wrong. See the photo and the tip figures. Read more

I must say the service was great. Thanks Kevin! We had a group of 9. We couldn't sit family style but that was ok we had 2... tables near each other. The food came out looking delicious!!! But it was lukewarm not hot at all, we had ribs. No steam fromthe baked sweet potato either. That was disappointing for a $22 meal. Overall I'd visit again and give them another chance. We ate here tonight after seeing a movie...it was delicious and quick (and they were busy) and the service was amazing! Was done... and out the door in less time than I've waited on meal at other places! Everything was perfect, as ordered! 10/10 recommend! Wewill definitely be back!!! Read more

TLDR: Great service, fast, good portions, fair price, but bring your own drink or get something bottled. Long Version: Our... server was Jack. He was the perfect balance of attentiveness. That in of itself is a rarity. There was no wait to have a seat atlunch time on a monday. Our wait after ordering seemed nonexistent. I was quite surprised by the shear amount of chicken on thechicken finger platter. Other similar restaurants would give less than half for the flame price. Bathrooms were clean and wellstocked. The only reason I cannot give them a 5 star rating was the drinks. As a tip always order a water first. If there is anodd taste to the water it is an indicator the drink machine lines are not clean. Sadly that was the case at this visit. Assomeone that has managed restaurants in the past this is easy to over look. It is also fairly easy to fix. Since most customerswill order a soda it is not likely to be noticed. We will be back despite the drinks. Read more
