Ordered the "Italian princess". The description wasn't very impressive. The reality was that the sandwich included marinated... mushrooms which gave it an excellent flavor. First time to Rae's today. I ordered the Reuben. I first want to say that the service was fast and the people are exceptional. I... have rarely encountered a business staffed with such friendly folks. Now on to the sandwich. It was wonderful. Nice amount ofcorned beef. Went here for the first time today. I went with my supervisor on lunch, as he recommended it. I told this randomly to the man... preparing my sandwich, assuming to the owner, as he asked me if I wanted spicy mustard and pickles on my sandwich. He asked howI got there, how I haven?t tried them. I told him I live in Murfreesboro and usually bring my lunch from home. He gave me extrapickles (said extra because I love and he took me seriously which I love) on the side and a free brownie after I told him it wasmy first time. I got Rae?s Cuban(which I guess may be their signature sandwich based off the name? pork lion, ham, spicymustard, and pickles on a toasted baguette). The sandwich was amazing. I ate everything. It was speedy service consideringthere were only two people working, and they were busy. So overall positive experience, and I do recommend. I will be returningoccasionally in the future on lunch breaks. It was about $15 for the sandwich, chips, and a drink. Which is pricey but theamount, the quality, and the service was there.
