I really want to like Portland Brew as far as the atmosphere/service goes, but it just disappoints every single time. It took 30... minutes to get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel out to us today after we had already waited in line for ten minutes. The employeesare not welcoming and aren?t very efficient. Most of the time they?re all standing around talking and not paying attention tothe long line they always seem to have. Coffee is alright, but not worth the wait and lack of good customer service. Unless youhave 30+ to wait around, don?t count on it being a timely experience. Read more

The coffee was fine, nothing great. We waited over 20 min for one breakfast sandwich and saw the staff just waiting around in... the back talking with no sense of urgency. The floor was dirty as well. Read more

Went here 2 weeks ago - had an unsweetened iced tea on a very warm Nashville day. Everyone here was lovely and I was so thankful... to visit inside with my friend in the air conditioning. I also loved the décor! Read more

Coffee is very good. Got the Iced Caramel Cream and could taste both coffee AND caramel, neither was overpowering. Tasty... sandwiches served on your choice of bread, including sourdough ????. Had to knock one star for slower than anticipated serviceand once our sandwiches were brought out (13 mins) we had to remind them that we ordered coffee as well. They had stated thatthey would bring it all out to us, therefore we didn?t wait at the counter. Read more

Always a great local spot in 12 south that thankfully never gets overwhelmed with the tourists. Coffee is consistently top notch... and their food is great! Got their new Kale salad. Loaded with bacon, goat cheese, almond, and a fried egg. The server thatbrought it to me was excited to tell me it was her first time making it and DANG she did a good job.\nI don?t think they havegluten free bread, but whatever the salad was perfect.\n\nPorch is good for dogs! Except there?s annoying construction nextdoor. Didn?t ruin my lunch though and didn?t scare my dog. I can always count on this place having seating! Read more
