Excellent service. A great place to get a good hot chicken meal. I had the 2 piece chicken breast and mashed potatoes yum.
Was just there. Ordered a chicken tender combo with mashed potatoes. They didn't put my side in at all. Doors were locked so I... couldn't go in and talk to anyone. The drive-thru line was long so we'd have to circle back around and wait to have the ordercorrected. Beware. Better to order online than in person because at least you can get a refund on Uber Eats if they forgetthings. Read more
It's rare for me to give fast food a 5, or even to rate them. But this one deserves it. This is the absolute fastest Popeyes... I've ever been to. Friendly employees. Hot and fresh food. And did I mention it was extremely fast? 3-4 cars in line ahead of meand it took 5 minutes to order and get food. Read more
I was denied food here on my first and last visit. ? I went here today, August 14, at 10:20 AM to order food because, according... to their signs outside, they are open on Sundays starting at 10 AM. The female employee (I guess she was the only one working)had an attitude with me in the drive thru. Seemed like she was touchy that other employees didn?t show up on time to do theirjobs. I was on the phone with my wife as was going through the drive through. I heard this employee assist my wife with order. I mean... this lady was so nice and respectful. Even after she had taken my wife's order she continued to offer her assistance with such abeautiful spirit. It was a joy to hear. So I told my wife, "she is so nice!" And she replied, "I know, she makes my day." See,my wife love children and her jobs requires her to handle children that often in transition for many reasons. It's morestressful than she will admit. So to know that when she takes her lunch break, which is often to Popeye's, it good to know thatwithin it is another blessing. I went to this location yesterday 11-09-21 and as always it was the worst customer service ever!! The Staff was playing and... yelling on the intercom, they didn?t say hello or thank you and when I ask the Man for a receipt he stated the machine don?twork!! But the worse is after not knowing what I paid for I get home both my side orders of red beans and rice was missing andno sauce for my child?s nuggets and then the chicken was half done!! So I basically paid $16.00 for a leg, thigh, 8 nuggets and2 biscuits and 1 drink! What a rip off at the Popeyes on Gallatin Pike in the East Nashville area!! ???????? Read more
Everyone working there was rude as hell. I ordered online for pick up. There was no note in my confirmation saying to go through... the drive thru and no note on the door when I arrived that the inside was closed. The doors were still unlocked. I stood therebeing ignored for a few mins then was yelled at that the lobby was closed before I could even say I was there for a pick up.Waiting in the drive thru line then was immediately told they didn't have my order. I said I have the confirmation and paid forit, it should be there. They repeated they didn't have my order and I again said it should be there. They said call and cancelyour order, we don't have the food. I saw a full tray of fried chicken while inside and saw them giving orders to the drivethru. We saw 3 other orders get food while we waited. We tried to ask what was missing and could we just order something elsethat they did have. Kept repeating to cancel the order, rude as hell, never answered our questions. I understand it's just fastfood, but this felt personal as we again saw 2 more orders given to people after us. They just didn't want to serve us for noreason at all. That was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant and I will always flip this location off when Idrive by. Read more
