Bad customer service because they make you wait in line for a refill

We were there twice, the first time they closed in front of us, other guests were served after us and the second time we were... simply left standing because we didn't immediately understand the English spoken too quickly and too softly. Terrible service. Employees walk around like zombies. I see plenty of chicken ready to be served, but because they move so... slow, it feels like forever. There were only 4 people in front of me and took nearly 25 minutes just to order. Then, the orderitself, food was extremely subpar for Popeyes. Chicken was rubbery, but the fries were good....but they couldn't even bebothered to fill up the fry bag. There were probably half of the fries than I should have received. Read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! Negative stars ?? My daughter works in the mall, a few stores down. She ordered a chicken sandwich, no fries, no... drink. She waited 10 minutes, still no food. She sees there are stacks of sandwiches, she also sees the orders say others arewaiting on pieces of chicken, not sandwiches. She politely asks if she could get her sandwich or have her money back, her breakwas almost over. The lady copped an attitude and said she had to wait till the others got their orders, even though they weren'teven getting sandwiches. She politely asked for her money back. The lady told her she had to wait till her order was ready toget a refund!! My daughter's 30 min break was over at this point!! My daughter left with NO FOOD AND NO REFUND!! There was noreason for this. Come on lady, y'all mall workers should be taking care of each other!! Why make someone wait for their food forno reason!! No thanks Popeyes!
