Best Popeyes ever, I have sadly realized over the years that I am selling my for terrible service to get my favorite chicken.... NOT THIS trip! The food was so fresh and perfect! The service was spectacular! And the restaurant was well kept & the staff wasnot only great at service, but in a great mood while serving! I'll belly return, even if it's an hour from home. Came through about 8:05pm with an online order. When I got to the speaker, they took about 10 mins to acknowledge me (nobody is... in front of me in line).. get to the window and they we?re standing around talking, never acknowledge me when i got to thewindow. 30 mins later, i finally get my food. checked my food when i got home n it was COMPLETELY wrong! ordered 5pc chicken,got 4. ordered 2 sides mash potatoes. literally got two side of red beans and rice. I visited this location on 10/12/2022. As I went to order a chicken sandwich I ask if they could cut it for me. The young lady... went to ask if they could, and a group of people start talking about how I should just go home and cut it., etc. veryunprofessional and made me never want to order from this location. Child, now I'm pulling up and there's zero cars in drive thru on a Sunday. I was like well that's a bad sign. The lady told me... to wait. I did. There was a sign for $11.99 for 2ppl. Why she say I can only order it on line. I said let me go in, it was asolid 5 mins b4 she came back on, I park n go in. It's 8 employees n 5 ppl waiting. Now remember NO one but me was in drivethrough. I woulda noticed someone pulling in. The nice lady with blond hair was from another store. They was talking shi likethey was killing it...#50, 51 and 52 went b4 #49...lady n back said she was doing #49but the lady up front had a bag already.(Btw the chicken was done the guys cooking were standing around) it was the front workers... child you ever been embarrassed FORsomebody? Out of 10 visits, maybe sold chicken one time. Today-'Just got electricy on", Time before - "closed for shift change", time... before that - "dining room not open(no sign on door or anywhere)", it just goes on and gets worst. Not only was the person taking the order rude towards me, she was laughing loudly and talking to somebody while taking my order.... Once i got home, I opened it to find this! I?m disgusted! If I could give this a zero star I would! I ordered the number 9 and only got 3 tenders! I came on my lunch break. I don?t get... off work until 6:00am. The service was not good to began with.
