This place is absolutely awful Charles the manager was eating at the table and got up to prepare food and NEVER washed his... hands. A lady that had on a headset with a collar shirt was texting on her phone and preparing food NO HAND WASHING at all!!!!!A lady with all black cane from dining area went back to prepare food NO HAIR NETS or GLOVES They all need clean uniformson!!!! Charles shirt was halfway in his pants and out. The customer service was insane the dining area is closed so the drivethru line was extra long but there were a couple of customers inside I guess they were family of the workers Or employees thatwere ordering food The health department needs to pay them a visit ASAP!!!! Extremely slow service. I ordered almost an hour in advance. Got to the store at the time I selected. Nothing was ready for me.... There was only 3 other customers waiting. I ended up having to wait around another 30 minutes for a simple 2 piece combo?ridiculous Read more
Not a good experience. Waited to long no one appreciate me there.made a comment to a customer. I wished her luck in odering.... Because no one took my order in 6 min or said anything one Young lady was very rude. I told her ive been her waiting now forabout 10 mins .she told me if I said something else she wasn't going to take my order. That's when i said you don't have to andwalked out. I ordered my meal on my phone and waited about 7 minutes, before I went to pick it up. When I got there ,it was a line going... around the dining area. I went to the counter to pick up my order, but it was not ready. The Lady behind the counter said thatshe was by herself and needed to take the over the counter orders first. I waited another 5 minutes and then she asked me whatmy name was, I told her I was order#24. She went back to take a few more orders and then gave me my order. I doubt if I willever go back there, they never seem to have enough help at the counter and that's a big no for me. I gave them two stars out ofrespect for the Popeyes Franchise. Read more
The chicken good. The only problem was when I pulled up to the window the young lady was all in her shirt adjusting herself. I... never saw her go wash her hands...I sat there 10 minutes waiting on my 2 piece snack and looking in the window. I did ask her ifshe got everything adjusted. Read more

I ordered online order/Mobile order & picked up easily. Plenty of parking at this location. Not sure how long some one is going... to buy this place and built another 20+ story building. Good customer service & one BUSY place too... price is reasonable. Read more
Generally, the food is ok to great. It's never consistent. Sometimes the fries are super crispy and fresh and others it's soggy.... One underrated item on the menu is the APPLE PIE. ALWAYS get the apple pie. I believe it's the BEST AND MOST CONSISTENT item onthe menu. I think the major problem at this location is STOCK ISSUES. They are ALWAYS out of something. Also, when you ask forsomething outrageous like 10 apple pies there is always a pause and like that "what did this dude just ask for" moment with theagents. It's funny. You guys should try it.
