I am leaving a review in regards to an incident that I witnessed On October 15, 2022 at this location, specifically. I was in... the drive thru awaiting our food and I witnessed something that I wasnt prepared to see, that was "Violence" approx 6:25 pm while in the drive thru, we saw a young lady being directed out the store, she had on an orange shirt, she then came back andwas yelling through the drive thru window very loud and boisterous words along with profane, I witnessed her climb through thewindow and attacked another employee. I was very disturbed. This is not accepted and could have been deadly if there was orwould have been any guns involved. Also, there were several cars in the drive through behind me that just pulled off and peoplewere yelling and it was just awful. I will be demanding that action is taken against that young lady because this is workplaceviolence and totally to any consumer or customer. again, I will not be visiting this establishment again. Rude staff / Horrible place?.Their drink Machinic and credit card machines are broken from the last three months and only accept... cash inside the store. They want me to go through the drive through only. Once I got my drive through order there was no dippingsauces in the bag also the coke tasted bad. So I went inside the store and asked for a replacement coke, they gave me areplacement coke again it taste bad so I asked for the replacement again and the guys brought me the coke again and said theyhad to change in the back. So I took a sip and there is no difference in the bad taste. The guys started arguing with me andstood on my face yelling at me. I repeatedly said you are in my personal space stay away from me. He became more aggressive andsaid pushed me away, I replied the same thing several time that you are in my personal space but he kept yelling and became aphysical threats to me. I will never suggest this location to anyone and going to escalate this issue to their headquarter. Read more
This place is horrible!! I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes without being addressed by an employee no wait a minute just... nothing!! I go inside to find the manger who didn?t even care enough to comb her hair before work, and some employees cursing ateach other! I stood in the lobby for another 20 minutes in line by myself with anyone even acknowledging that I was there ! Theemployee says to the manger you got a mobile order, I said I was just trying to order. The manger says lobby is for mobileorders only and turned and walked away!!! WOW!! Lazy! Just lazy! You need new staff and managers all the bad employees need fired. Who ever owns this location ought to be... ashamed of themselves. 50 minutes in a drive thur? With 5 cars!!?? At lunchtime?!?!? And you don't even have the lobby open?And still long wait times??!?! And this isn't the first time this has happened. To the owner your costing people time andmoney. At 10:25 a.m. I'm sitting in drive-thru waiting to get my order taken I spoke up and said hello is anyone there no one answered... I sat right there for 10 minutes so I pulled around the young lady was standing in the front with the headset on look straightat me didn't bother to tell me why she didn't respond instead she walks off didn't even bother to open the window to explainwhat's going on bad customer service I will not be coming back to this restaurant whoever this girl is that take orders is rudeI don't understand how she even have a job in the first place. It was the worst of worst meal I have ever had, we ordered the spicy chicken tenders because they were out of mild. What we... received was dried up batter with no chicken. The Cajun rice was gross..my friend said his red beans & rice was the only thinkgood...bad management & uncaring worker ..We won't be back. I went t a Popeyes in Vicksburg MS many years ago and it was thecleanest & most caring workers I have ever seen anywhere..we complimented them on how good the food was & their kindness. Read more
Fast lunch service on a Friday, and everything was 100% correct on my order. They even gave me plenty of napkins without having... to ask. Quality was on point compared to other locations in the area. 100% recommended! Read more
Not only did they give us rice & mashed potatoes in a drinking cup, the rice was extremely dry and only half full?.., this was... unacceptable by so many standards?? I placed the 8:55pm and they were out of many products by this time. I was order #56 and thestore number was 11040, the transaction total $34.81.
