I got the grill chicken bowl was really good and I ask for a spicy grill chicken sandwich no pickles and they don't do it... ???????? bad bad because my daughter hate those pickles so she didn't want to eat it!! When I get off of work I would always see the sign that said pollo and I said I got to try it ? 1st day tried the grilled... chicken it was cool came back the next day and decided to try the fried? with fries food wasn?t fresh so I?m not sure if it wasgood or not.. came back the 3rd time a friend told me to try the empanadas I got one and it was really good so my experienceI?ll prob only go there for the empanadas because even though they are small as hell I?ll have to order about 4-6 to even feelfull oh yeah and the cookie I order it?s a strong no? tasted old for sure. First of all, the grilled chicken and plantains are some of the most flavorful foods I?ve ever had! The experience from start to... finish was awesome! The atmosphere is bright and super clean! As far as fast food goes, Pollo Campero leaves you with a seemingly healthier lunch option. Just the grilled offering, is much... better for you then a fried burger frozen in chemicals. I wouldn't be honest if I didn't say that the grilled chicken doesindeed taste good. But I must also say that it doesn't taste great. The flavoring lacks subtlety. The crew at this location dida great job of welcoming me with a smile and delivering my choice to me with that same smile. It's cool to see horchata, mangoand other fruit juices available at the refreshment station. I will return to hopefully find a bit more love in the foodpreparation. Read more
