Disappointing experience. Ordered pizza online, arrived 5 minutes before time given to pick it up. Got home and pizza was... barely lukewarm and completely soggy. I only live a 3-minute drive from the place so this pizza was obviously not preparedfresh when ordered. First and last visit for me. ALSO: the reply given to this is so wrong because it OBVIOUSLY was not madefresh when ordered!!! (I did get a refund for this "freshly made......not" pizza after posting this review, so I am happy aboutthat). Read more
Pizza Perfect is outstanding! I?ve never had a bad experience and I?m a consistent local. The staff is always so kind and... patient, even all throughout the pandemic. The food quality is still just as good as well, which is rare these days! I enjoy thevibes too?chill and inviting. The staff is super friendly and always seem to be enjoying their work. I have been coming to Pizza Perfect for years and have never been disappointed. The pizza is consistently delicious, especially... the perfect pizza. I have tried a lot of the other ?hip? pizza joints in Nashville but honestly nothing compares with the flavorof the sauce and crust from here. Will continue to come back here! This place has the best thin crust pizza, extremely nostalgic and you can taste how fresh the cheese was. Jamerson checked us... out at the counter, we asked for a half cheese half pepperoni and we was able to get it for us no problem. It was a little bit underwhelming. I got the spaghetti with meatballs and it was so watery and the meatballs did not have much... flavor. The garlic bread was okay. The pepperoni pizza was good, I liked that it was thin and the cheese was good. The servicewas decent. It seems to be run by a lot of young people, I think they're doing a decent job. I like that they have an arcade, Idon't have kids though but it was a fun random addition to the restaurant. Read more
We are in town for the weekend and the locals suggested this place. The pizza was some of the best we've ever had... And the... arcade off to the side was great for the kids AND dad lol. They were super friendly the minute we walked in, a bunch of hi's andwhat can I get you?!... Upon leaving I believe every single person including the cooks said goodbye and to come again and tohave a great day. We felt so welcome and relaxed. We will be back in Nashville next year, and this is definitely a place we willmake it a point to return to. Thank you all!! In town visiting family and friends. Exceptional pizza, exceptional service. We had both their Perfect and Margarita pizzas.... Both start on an unassuming foundation of a dough that is flavorful and cooked so that it is not too crispy, but also is cookedthrough (not too chewy/doughy) topped with a red sauce that adds flavor to the foundation which is tasty but not overpowering.The Perfect Pizza gives you generous portions of toppings (Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives,and Mozzarella) that compliment one another, as the name would hint: perfectly. The Margarita Pizza starts with the samefoundation and is topped with Fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We ordered takeout, and despitean error on my part (more on that in a minute) our food was ready ahead of schedule. While this was my first time eating here,it has easily occupied the top spot for pizza in Nashville. Expect to eat here next time I'm in town (probably closer toChristmas). Now, on to the exceptional customer service: I encountered an issue (user error on my part to be sure) with theonline ordering app (Toast). I placed my order online, but somehow I ordered for pickup from Bellevue when I was staying nearVanderbilt. A quick call to the Bellevue location and they were easy to work with, and simply transferred my order to thecorrect restaurant - and they were still able to have my order ready on-time.
