Growing up, pizza hut was a treat. My mom would get us there to celebrate the little wins in life Too many years later, the... quality under the roof is nothing to celebrate. Service levels were intentionally adjusted under a pandemic, and remain low asthey seem to cut costs on the operation The crew seems fine but the food is ordinary. It certainly encourages me to look intoa local mom and pop pizza place for better ingredients and flavor. Read more
I went to pick up my order expecting to have to wait on it because it wasn't that long I cad placed my order.I drove up to the... window and the man that waited on me was so nice and friendly. I paid him and he got my pizza and cheese sticks it was so niceand hot.I would definitely rather this pizza hut. Read more
I?ve ordered here numerous times, and haven?t had an issue yet. Even on a busy Friday night, the team is still able to prepare... my order for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Other competitors in the area take up to an hour (and even more!) I understand to keep upwith the demand of orders at this location, they had to shut down the indoor seating area and you are required to go through adrive-thru window, but maybe one day they?ll bring it back as an option? They've gotten better with the pizzas they put out now, unlike years ago. Customer service is always great.
2 stars only because 1 star is reserved for food that causes illness. Next time I?m in the mood for room temperature pizza,... wings, and a cookie desert?.I?ll just do it myself. I called the store and got to a manager who had a pretty poor attitude. Heasked for my phone and I provided - he couldn?t find my order, he said. He kept repeating the same words while I was providingmy order number - surprise, he couldn?t find that either. Finally the total dollar amount of my order was the verification heneeded?I guess. Now I?m waiting for a re-delivery? I don?t think I?m in the mood for pizza trash at this point. Going back toJets pizza. If they hadn?t been closed early for the holiday I would have ordered there first anyway. Update: I received theredelivery? nice and hot this time and the driver was polite? not not one of the boxes we?re sealed and he wasn?t wearing amask. Threw it all in the trash. Read more
Went here and there was no pizza hut in sight, just a massive hole in the ground where it used to be. 10/10
