Our evening carry-out experience had been pleasant enough UNTIL Hubby opened his ultimate cookie to find it ????burnt???? to a... crisp!! So disappointed ????. Why the heck would any worker send out food that's literally burnt black on the edges and bottom?Hubby says we won't be back, not even for the super cheap buffet. The lunch buffet not really worth the money. I was able to eat 4 fresh slices and the rest was dried up pizza. Nothing else was... coming out and it was around 1:30pm. Server was very nice. Read more
I actually ordered from the Hermitage location because this location was closed inside. It was absolutely delicious. I haven't... had pizza hut in years. I ordered a two large pizza deal with bread sticks and my family and friends enjoyed it. We will beordering again soon for family game night. Read more
The pizzas were delicious just as I ordered. They were ready for pick up quickly and the staff was courteous and kind. I had... had some issues in the past with orders and having to wait. Not happy. Ordered the Edge Pizza with 3 toppings. App Notification said it was ready at 6:25pm. Order was not delivered until... 7:10pm. Why when this location was only 10 minutes away from me? Pizza was cold, hard and separated in the box like it had beendropped. It's a no go for me. Never again ???? Read more
Dropped in today to try the pizza and salad buffet? yes it?s back Monday thru Friday for Lunch. Not only was the pizza and... salad buffet fresh but service was great? and the restaurant looks great? brand new! Not happy with my delivery tonight. I ordered through the app for contactless delivery and chose my method of payment was going... to be with cash (left out on my porch). The driver called me while sitting in her car in the driveway saying I didn't make apayment by card and that she couldn't deliver my pizza because my delivery instructions said "leave on the doormat and ring thedoorbell twice." WHAT?!?! After going back and forth over the phone trying to explain to her I had cash on my porch and that theinstructions were to leave the pizza on my porch...for a contactless delivery...she was clueless, clearly didn't understand howto deliver a pizza and accept cash deliveries. She got out of her car and put the pizza on my porch. After she drove out of mydriveway, I opened my front door to see my pizza box open and clearly the "sealed at the hut - opened by you" sticker wastampered with to open the box. With 90° humid Tennessee summer weather, there was obviously flies outside flying around thebox. That's why the box should be sealed and it clearly wasn't. Disgusting. Waste of $15. Other people might be fine eatingthat, but I'm not. Trash. Called the restaurant immediately and was put on hold only to be disconnected/hung up on. Lost acustomer. Read more
