Truly unique experience! Tried this out last night after recently moving here and the food was exceptional. Definitely more of a... special night type of restaurant as it is very pricey (100/120 per person) but very good. Only wish was there were a few moreitems on the menu as while everything was great and very special, each plate is of course very tiny but with a limited menu youend up having to repeat dishes. A... great wine selection showcasing Spain's world-class wine regions with a dash of Portuguese. Classic bar options with a focus ongin cocktails at the time of this writing. Gems of Nashville - Peninsula I don't know how I've missed this place but I would conclusively say it is a must visit. For... anyone watching carbs, this is the most delectable place in Nashville while keeping those carbs way down. There wasn't a singledish that was bad and the bar game was on top of things as well. Highlights? The egg Tortilla thing? I want to learn how tomake it for breakfast every morning. Even the random German turnip - all interesting flavors. The star of the show goes to theIberico ham. Why? Let me just say this, I went to Spain about 4 months ago as y'all recall. I finally let myself sit down ata place where Iberico is a specialty. After I left the restaurant, I pouted. I pouted to the gods and sky because I reallyreally enjoyed it and thought for sure that I was never going to be able to get something that high of quality unless in NYC orSpain itself. Peninsula delivered. It's a filet, it's a damn perfect filet but it just happens to be made from a pig. Theynailed it! I will be going back just to eat this dish all over again. I really enjoyed this food experience, from walking into the restaurant and Craig, the owner, introducing himself to the... fabulous service by the bartender Callie. All of the dishes were so flavorful and tasty. Most of the dishes are shared plates.With 3 people, we ordered 7 of 11 dishes. The Iberico was a nice surprise because I expected a prosciutto type cut and it wasinstead roasted. Every bite was so wonderful. The Spanish vermouth selection was phenomenal. Read more

Don?t be fooled by the welcoming staff, comfortable... atmosphere and knowledgeable mixologist, the food and drinks you will find here make you feel like you should be wearing a damnsuit and tie or you best sequined dress.
