Paid $22.00 for 14" Supreme... had very little toppings... maybe less than 8 pepperoni on it ... even less others... I could... have bought a frozen pizza at Kroger for half the price and it would be better ...I will never go there again ... papa John usedto be the best chain , but no more ... that's what happens when you go woke you go broke ! Have ordered from this location I?d say 6 or more times. The last 3 times have been anything but a great experience. I try to... give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to food. Short staffed, things happen, I get it. But this place has not hadany of their own delivery drivers in MONTHS. It always goes to door dash to deliver. I consistently wait over 2 hours (noexaggeration). This last time, which was today, I expected a long wait so I ordered at 4:02 PM. I got my food delivered bydoor dash at 6:37 PM. And it had clearly been in this dudes car for quite a while, as my $50 worth of food came cold. I willorder from and pick up from a different location from now on. I understand staffing is a huge problem now but this place ispitiful. Read more
Slowest Papa John's and they're always short staffed. Just order from the Nolensville location. Everything is always done... swiftly there and they're never short staffed. Read more
Pizza was delivered on time but was rubbery and stretchy. Seemed uncooked. I could not even grab a slice without it ripping into... pieces. I have called the store and emailed corporate for refund and no one bothers to respond. Will not be ordering from PapaJohns ever again and I can easily see why this store as an atrocious rating. Had a mixup with another Papa John's regarding correcting a previous issue. Did not put in my reorder and had me waiting over 2... hours... Called back and somehow was routed to this one where the manager apologized and politely took care of my order. Had topick it up where as the previous one was delivered; but she was awesome and I am a BIG fan of good customer service. Especiallyin these times. I'm pretty upset because I ordered a chicken and spinach pizza. I found 2 pieces of sausage on my pizza. This is especially... frustrating because I do not eat pork for religious reasons and I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to go out. I can't justpick it off because of cross contamination. I was really looking forward to this since I hadn't had pizza in a while and I had acoupon. Hopefully, this doesn't happen in the future. :/ At least the staff was pretty nice about helping me find a solution. Read more
Papa John's Pizza is my favorite, but not from this store! I have ordered three times, and three this store has failed,... miserably! Cheese sticks are hard. Buffalo chicken pizza had more buffalo, cheese and onion, than chicken, and the works leftSO much to be desired. It looks like a three year old made my food. Delivery people are nice, (I am a good tipper $10 perorder), however they frequently forget to leave the "extras" or forget the drinks I order. Wow..what a disappointment. Mire mony, cold pizza just 1.6 miles away. Large 2 topping for over $30 bucks. Shack needs to... find something better to invest in. Unacceptable. I used to love this place. Read more
